I couldn't make it from London to snowy Bristol to deliver a birthday cake for my godson's birthday party so phoned 280 Bakes who stepped up to the mark to make a fantastic chocolate cowboy cake. Despite the snow, Louise managed to trek across town on the bus to deliver it on time to the party - thank you so much Louise!
