I've used the phrase "it doesn't 'flow' well" before - and previously struggled to properly articulate what was meant by that....just found this graph and for me it helps... 'flow'... that sweet spot between easy/bored...and too hard/anxious... you're at peak enjoyment on the curve....and everything just.....ya know... 'flows'
