I’d just like to say thank you for choosing me as a winner of one of you Facebook competitions. We had a fantastic weekend break in your caravan at Haven Hopton Holiday Village.

The caravan was very clean and tidy and very comfortable too. There were 4 adults and 3 children and plenty of space within the caravan to accommodate us all. We loved the little personal touches within the decor and it was well equipped. It was perfectly located for all the amenities and the beach was visible from the caravan and its the second row of caravans away from the gate which leads to the beach via steps.

From the booking being placed right up to arriving we couldn’t have asked for better customer services from 2cholidays. Arriving at the park the staff were all very helpful and very friendly. The entertainment staff especially were brilliant with the children.

I cannot praise 2c Holidays highly enough. The staff are polite friendly and professional, they will always go the extra mile to ensure your dealings with them are easy and stress free. I have been with them for the last 12 months and they are one the most professional companies I have ever dealt with.
They handle the rental of my holiday home and every time it runs smoothly. Any problem or situation from a holiday makers point of view is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. They are definitely a 5 star company.

Had a wonderful time at Hopton the accommodation and facilities were excellent thank you to Emma and the team at 2cholidays for sorting out our holiday i was very impressed with the company and will definitely be using them again many thanks Michael Germain

Caravan was unclean with mould in fridge/freezer and dirty cutlery. We also caught our two year old with a bottle of liquid on the floor which is used for vape pens which has been dealt with appallingly by emma Wilson and her team. You do not get response from voicemails and emails, the impression is that they tell you what you want to hear but then they just want to get rid of you. We intended to take photos and each of us thought the other had done but due to leaving after one night as both children were sick we were unable to. We will never use 2cholidays again and intend to take this further. It seems the idea of a two year old drinking a harmful substance because the caravan has not been cleaned sufficiently is not a priority for 2c holidays. Questioning our honesty when we realised we had t had chance to take any photos between us just added insult to injury - disgusting
