We have just spent a fabulous weekend in a cute little lodge at Carlton Meres. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It's in a very good location between Southwold and Aldeburgh and I'd definitely recommend it. It's the second time I've booked with 2choliday's and I have absolutely no complaints, in fact I'm just about to book a third break!!

We have just returned from horizon 10 at hopton and this caravan was simply perfect! Amazing full sea view, spotless inside. Loads of space and very clean. We loved the fact it had a bath and we also loved sitting on the decking in the evenings watching the beautiful sea view. Has everything you need.

We would go again in a heartbeat but its now full booked for summer so we will definatly go again once its free.

Immaculate throughout and the best thing for me was turning on the cd player and hearing perfect tunes whilst at the seaside.

This is the second time we have used 2cholidays and have stayed both times at the same place. That in itself is a recommendation as we wouldn't book to go again if we didn't like it the first time! Took my parents with us this time and they thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of Haveringhland Hall Country Park. Spotlessly clean and tidy yet again. Can't fault anything. Not a place I would necessarily take children as there isn't a kids play area/park, shop, pool, kids club or anything like that, but absolutely perfect as a base for couples who want to explore the area.

Stayed in the most amazing caravan May half term and for a cheap price. Great company which gives you discount scheme of future holidays well

Just returned from a wonderful 4 nights at Hopton-On-Sea Holiday Village where we stayed in a 2cHolidays caravan with full sea view. The van was amazing (actually better equipped than some homes I know!) We had some family visit who live nearby and they were so impressed they went home and booked one too! Just got back from a long weekend at Thorpe park. The caravan was absolutely spot less and so well equipped. Compared to other places iv been self catering lately it's leaps ahead. The Thorpe park haven bit could do with a bit of upgrading better food facilities definitely wouldn't go a miss. But the caravan was so so nice. Couldn't recommend more to families! Also couldn't recommend 2c holidays any more great easy stressfree service. I would tho maybe recommend a welcome book to say where stuff is and anything good in the local area. Will be booking again somewhere different to build up my points on the card system xx

Just got back from Southview in Skegness. Beautiful caravan, great location overlooking the lake. Very clean and homely. Very well equipped with all you would need. Beds really comfy. It was nice to have a small bath which would be ideal for families with little ones who don't like the shower and the main bedroom is certainly big enough to add a cot if needed. The veranda was great with table and chairs plus a couple of sun loungers, It was lovely sitting on the veranda in the sunshine watching people fish the lake. Would definitely recommend this caravan and this super friendly company. Thank you for a wonderful, much needed break.

Just back from a Bank holiday weekend with my husband and 4 girls at Hopton. The caravan was spotless and lovely location, very peaceful and calm. Good size and brilliant having 2 toilets a must for us. The site was lovely and clean with lots to do and very friendly staff. Good entertainment for all the family and both swimming pools were excellent.

Will certainly be returning as we had a wonderful time.

I only have one holiday a year so I need to know it will be alright. I have been booking through 2cHolidays for the last 3 years and in that time my experience with them has got better by the year, there personal and helpful service is something you just dont get from the bigger companies.

Have just returned from a short stay at California Cliffs.The caravan was in the Osprey area and was absolutely stunning,it was more like a luxurious show home.

Great price and very easy booking. The caravan was clean and the site (Heacham Beach) was quiet, but in a great location right next to the sea. We didn't do a lot of cooking but there were plenty of utensils. Another thing I would mention was the bedding, it was very fresh and looked new. Comfortable stay and stress-free.

Fabulous stay, was freezing outside but knew we had a lovely warm caravan to go back to.

The only issue we had was that the park decided to demolish a caravan next to us which just happened to be on the day we decided to have a lazy day and stay in so was shockingly loud!

Have booked another stay through 2c holidays as the customer care was perfect.

Excellent customer service, we arrived Sunday evening to caravan number 87. I was a bit disappointed as we had previously stayed in a diamond rated caravan in May and the standard was not as good. So I phoned Sunday and explained that I wasn't happy as it didn't feel

very clean, not one problem the lovely lady on the phone said I wish you had phoned me last night as the cleaners we're out. She apologised and said she would send the cleaners back out and also gave us late check out, with in the hour the cleaners we're there. Absolutely fantastic and to show our appreciation we cleaned the caravan from top to bottom before leaving. We stayed at Hopton holiday village on 15th -17th June 2018 in a pet friendly caravan....was nicely decorated and furnished,,,plenty of seating and plenty of room with a large screen TV which suited the men as they are usually really small....couldn't fault the caravan at all to be honest. If I was to give constructive feedback the only things I would say is : no leaflets for nearby attractions, we do like these to browse to planning our stay and didn't like the 4pm check in as it is a bit late after a long drive and takes a big chunk out of a 2 night stay, even with the option 2pm it's still quite late. That said would highly recommend 2C holidays and will definitely use again рҹҳҺ

We rented one of 2cHolidays Caravans in Seawick for a last minute weekend break with the kids.

We initially found them on Air B n B but redirected to them directly. we found loads of nice caravans to hire, although slightly restricted when you want to take pets. We settled on a nice middle rated van and called to book.



The service was excellent, we weren't sure and messed about before committing to book, they were friendly, professional and very patient with us.



On arrival at the van, we were very happy with our choice for the price we paid. We had a great short stay everything was easy to sort out. We checked out and went for a nice day out in the sun before coming home.



We are booking again with our free ВЈ50 off code given as a thank you by 2cHolidays and lining up another break for Oct half term.



4 stars. It would have been 5 but the van did have some minor wear and tear issues that needed sorting. We are going to try a top-rated one next time to see the differences if any.

My partner Danny and myself booked with 2cholidays a long weekend in Kessingland. The whole process of booking and paying for the caravan was very easy. We thought the caravan was very nice and well equipped. Small issues were the fridge and freezer was very small and would not be suitable for a longer stay. This was only a small detail though and did not spoil our break will definitely be booking again. Sue & Danny x

Just got back from a couple of days at bure village Brandon water, very quiet and nice van, only thing I would of liked is the decking to be clean, very green and dirty patio furniture. With this heat wave it would have been nicer to sit out without cleaning the chairs first, but all round exceptional value as have another break booked in June !!

After trying to make contact with 2cholidays regarding my below comments and being totally ignored I am posting my feedback on here in hope someone takes me seriously and responds!



I have just returned from my stay at Kessingland Beach Resort in number 21 Pebble Way and I am absolutely disgusted on the cleanliness of this caravan.



Upon entering the caravan on Saturday afternoon I was hit by the strong smell of urine mixed with some god awful air freshener. As I suffer from Asthma, I had to immediately leave the van to get fresh air and take my medication. I then went back into the van and tried to open the windows. The window in the lounge was blocked by a broken and dusty blind, the kitchen window had a hug crack from top to bottom, this could not be opened as the panel of glass would have fallen out so instead I resorted in leaving our front doors open. I walked around further and then came across the broken blind just lead on the dining table sofa/seat. This had sharp edges which is not ideal when you have a 3 year old and a dog with you.



While I was discovering all of this, my 7 year old son had got himself back in the car where he sat and cried for 30 minutes at how horrible the caravan was. He wanted to go home! I thought to myself, this must be bad, what 7 year old cares about this stuff.



I began to unpack the car to bring in our belongings, and on entering my bedroom was a mattress protector with blood stains. This mattress protector had not been cleaned and this was not old blood. If a cleaner had been into the van and checked all bedrooms she or he would have seen this, why did they leave it and not take it away? This is a big worry and a massive health and safety issue, the blood could have been carrying anything. I certainly didnвҖҷt want to touch it and I definitely did not want my children to touch it.



The shower and bathroom were that filthy that I did not use either of them during my stay. We all made our way to the camping wash facilities to shower and use the toilet. These were far cleaner than the van and this is saying something. There were other peoples body hairs all over the shower floor, please tell me how this was missed?



The kitchen, well, the only clean thing in the kitchen was the oven which I was totally shocked about. Everything else was thick with grease, grime, hairs and dust - Germ central.



It was really lovely to see that someoneвҖҷs used, yes used, ear bud was just left on the living room floor, covered in dust. There was dust every where. The dust on the blinds was that thick and old that when I wiped my finger across it nothing came away.



There is no way that this caravan was cleaned. The dyson hoover in the hall way was collecting a good inch of dust. When you move the hoover, the carpet under the hoover is clean. This certainly means that the hooved hasnвҖҷt been touched for a while.



When we called you to express our concerns you were very un-helpful and the customer service we received was outrageous. You simple said вҖҳoh sorry, shall we send someone overвҖҷ when we replied with an immediate yes you said that someone would come right away. However it took over 3 hours for someone to come in and clean. They came while we were out and it was obvious that the only thing that was done was the removal of the cotton bud. More awful air freshener was sprayed again.



When we complained about everything including the glass window in the kitchen being broken, you said this would be fixed. Instead you put a bit of cling-film on the window at 9:30pm. This is not fixing it. You also offered for someone to come and look at it on Sunday but no one ever came! I expressed my worry about the danger of this window as it was wobbly and starting to come away, however the answer I received, quite rudely was вҖҳit isnвҖҷt dangerousвҖҷ. I have 2 small young children and a dog and this window was dangerous, this also wasnвҖҷt the main point, how do you think that allowing people into a caravan with a broken window is acceptable?



I have attached all of the photos for you to look at and for you realise who bad this caravan actually is.
