At 2ESKIMOS we make software that helps teachers to save time and become more effective.

2ESKIMOS are multi-award-winning software developers, responsible for changing the nature of educational IT over the last 15 years.

Our fundamental aim is to make the professional lives of teachers more productive and enjoyable.

The last 15 years have been quite a journey for us. We won our first BETT Award back in 2001 for our Skills Factory lesson planning software.
This was so popular and successful that we sold The Skills Factory to ITV in the Autumn of 2002.

After several successful years at ITV designing & writing SchoolCentre the UK’s leading school self improvement software we decided it was time to go back to where it all began and start again.

We set up 2ESKIMOS in the same converted cotton Mill on the moors in Saddleworth where we started The Skills Factory a decade earlier. We decided that we would do what we do best – make software that helps teachers save time and become more effective.

It took only 2 years for our first product 2Build a Profile to sell to over 6, 000 schools and make a clean sweep of all the National Educational Software Awards.

It’s been quite a journey…
