As I have only just joined so I cannot comment on their call out services & hopefully I won't need to as i have never had a problem with my car. Got the breakdown cover for peace of mind, as you never know.. The price of the cover was very good & easy to arrange. I liked the offer of excess cover on my Insurance for £5 a year.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service after paying in full to guarantee for said quote for a camper policy I had to cancel as it did not suit my needs (could not be used for commuting apparently?) Still waiting for refund even though policy wouldn't be live until end of the month and a charge of £25 to boot crooked paper shuffling cowboys and they wonder why there is so many uninsured drivers on the road Be honest and get shafted!!!

Poor service, you get what you pay for. Breakdown insurance which did not deliver. Recovery supplier blatantly lied that I cancelled the call out therefore I had to sort the car out myself. Would avoid and choose a more reliable provider such as the RAC if you want peace of mind.

Shocking Company do not give this lot any of your money, if you need to make a claim either you'll wait a life time to get while the CEO thinks about it, spends it on nice cars and flash dinners I guess makes plenty of interest on your money, before finally paying you if you lucky. Shocking. Don't try calling them you'll be hours.

I have never had to use breakdown before.

I was played music for over 10 minuits,just as well I was home and not on a moterway with my pay as you go mobile.

The mechanic they sent had no tools to fit my new battery in,He started my car and I was told to let it run for twenty minuits which I did but half an hour later it wouldnt start again.so I was stranded.

Thankfully a kind neighbour put my new battrey in it took about five minuits.

I have now sent five e mails of complaint and no one is intrested,very bad customer relations,If they wont help a 76 year old lady who will they help?

Over three hour wait!!! Freezing cold fobbed off mislead it is now 1.36am after calling at 10.30pm still not here!! Do not use this is dangerous unreliable disgusting and should not be allowed. Threats of high bills if we cancel forced to sit here and wait promised to call back and didn't do not use ever do not trust them!!!!

Just a rip off, paid for breakdown, tried to use it wouldn't take me home as it was 113 miles away, but I could stay in a hotel for the night. Bunch of muppets, will be doing a chargeback for the premium paid

I was told my wait would be 90 mins maximum but it was just under 2 hours. I was also told I would get a call when they were 5 minutes away, but I did not, luckily I had stayed close by so saw them arrive. I was also told they would try and fix it by the roadside and only recover it if they couldn't fix it, but the person who came was only there to recover so didn't even attempt to fix it. I was very disappointed at not getting the service I was promised.

Fraud company. Made me pay £98 for nothing and did not even recover my car. I had to get some one else to solve the issue. And now i am taking this to trading standered. So everyone please beaware of these fraud people.

Do not use this company. I have just had to cancel our classic car insurance due to unforseen circumstances after only 6 weeks. They charged £75.00 cancellation fee meaning we got nothing back, the call centre lady giving us a jovial "you owe us nothing and we owe you nothing!" To charge this amount is just pure greed and I will never use again and will pass this on to all my classic car friends. Absolutely crap company!

Do not use these people! How can cancelling a no longer needed policy end up costing more than the premium itself?! No warnings this would happen, I called to cancel they just said you are not due back money, no mention of charges! Just a letter though a week later demanding money! If they had told me at the time I would have just let the policy run! It would have been cheaper!

Disgusting, waste of money, leave you stranded. Paid for RECOVERY said will take you to a local garage then you are on you own, despite police wording. Recovery means that, recovery. Policy is not worth the paper is written on, total false sense of security. AVOID at all costs, not a cheap policy, just a waste of money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Never in all my life have I had to deal with such a disgrace of a company. In what world is it acceptable to make a disabled teenage girl wait in the freezing cold for two and a half hours when there is a recovery company you use 30 minutes away? Even the mechanic rang us saying how much of a nightmare 2gether is. Then the person in the call centre having the audacity to suggest that we would incur additional charges? I will be pursuing legal advice and a complaint will be made to the financial ombudsman. Looking at all of the other awful reviews you have, hopefully an investigation will have you shut down.

Called at 08:17 this morning and chased up at 9:44 (after 9 attempts to get through, 2 of which got answered and then hung up) to be told the call hadn't even been logged so wasn't even in the queue for recovery......still waiting!! Complete joke!!

Awful, ameture service. Better stick with well established ones. Massively dissapointed with purchasing breakdown cover with 2gether. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Terrible company, don't answer emails despite requesting them and also tell blatant lies ...Cheap insurance = Cheap Company, in this case an expensive mistake.

Absolutely diabolical.. specialist horsebox insurance is a joke. Twice now they have let me down. 1st time telling me full UK cover means they will come to you anywhere in the UK but will only recover you within 100miles. 2nd time told they would only cover me for either a van to try and repair or a recovery. On a petrol forecourt with a dodgy starter motor the van needed to move the lorry off the forecourt to get it going they refused to let him do that and made him stand down leaving us stranded! Eventually sent a truck out 3 hours later who bump started us and on the road within 20mins. I would never recommend Thier breakdown service to anyone.
