2Nd Chelmsford Scout Group Description
Home to two Beaver Colonies, two Cub Scout Packs and two Scout Troops. We also have close links with EvolvE Explorer Scout Unit. We have a membership of well over 100 - made up of Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts and Adult Helpers and Leaders.

Our Scouts have reached their first base at the Essex Scouts County Backpack
Our Bishops Cubs have had a great evening learning about the work of two of our emergency services thanks to First Responder Stuart and Chief Inspector Huddleston.
Our Lyons Cubs had lots of fun racing pedal cars and axe throwing last night!
Our Lyons Cubs have been for a look around All Saints Church and even got a go at chiming the bells!

Our Bishops Cubs had lots of fun making pancakes this evening!
Several of our Cubs are taking part in this year's Mini Gang - our sections will all be going to cheer them on the Friday evening but they'd love to see some supporters on other days too!
Our friends over at 1st Broomfield are holding their annual book sale this weekend - thousands of books at very good prices!

Our Lyons Cubs got the chance to play detective last night as they learnt about the world of crime scene investigation with The Detective Project South Essex.
