2Rock - Acrobatic Rock & Roll Description
At 2Rock you'll learn acrobatic rock and roll - a bit different style from R'n'R of 50's.
While classic /authentic R'n'R is more social, modern /continental style is a more competitive style of R'n'R, suitable rather for show performances than for social dancing (although you still can use it for social dancing too, of course! ).
You can easily and safely learn many paired dance AERIALS, LIFTS, ACROBATICS that you can use even in other dance styles like modern jive, lindy hop, swing or even figure ice skating or cheerleading!
Our intention is to teach public classes for beginners and advanced and hopefully also some competitive /performing dancers as well.

It was nice to take an annual leave from work (my regular job) today just to be able to work - teaching all day with Laura's help at a private gymnastics club workshop in London. So many young enthusiastic souls hungry for acro and dancing knowledge! :) Steve
