Very pleased with my Bianchi Sempre Pro - very enjoyable buying experience, even though the weather didn't play ball last Sunday! Great shop and will make the 220 mile round trip to come again at some point (and ride some of the fantastic local geography!)

Today found myself in a touch of bother with no pump entirely my fault I may add. Called in got tyre pumped and new pump bought, no hassle no hard just very friendly very helpful. Thank you.

Sorted me out straight away with a new cable for rear shifter on the white rose classic, thanks it was a long walk to ilkley from

Settle. �

So grateful that I stumbled upon this shop... What a gem! Really helpful and friendly staff (helped me out with a puncture!) and awesome coffee and cake (the cake was DELICIOUS - huge pieces and such good value!) I’ll definitely be calling back because I spotted some fab women’s clothing too. My new favourite bike shop!

Really high quality ingredients which made for the perfect meal. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff.

Tons of care and attention have went into every aspect of the shop and cafe.

Impromptu visit to 3 Peaks Cycles Bike Shop yesterday to make enquiries about purchasing two mountain bikes for our sons. What a refreshing change to be greeted by friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. I didn't have a clue what I was looking for but the staff were patient and helpful, giving me options to consider. We visited again today, sons in tow, once again the staff were extremely helpful and happy to spend time with us to give us advice. Amazing customer service, not rushed, lots of options to explore, so many bikes, it was difficult to choose. Pleased to say we now have two happy sons who are proud owners of their first mountain bikes. Without a doubt we will return, couldn't recommend them enough. From novice to expert I am sure this shop has something for everyone. Thank you for all your help

I'm not much of a cyclist, but I do appreciate good design, and a good cuppa! I love all the industrial chic, repurposed materials and cycle memorabilia in the cafe area. The bar stools and seats outside are a great place from which to people-watch in the market square!

I usually don't use bike workshops for much at all, but I was out of my depth with a new chainset. Rather than buy the necessary tools and try sort it myself, I entrusted the job to their staff... good job too. I'd bought the wrong thread and bearings!

3 Peaks took all this in their stride and really went out of their way to sort out MY mess.

I'm glad I overcame my male pride and left it to the professionals.



Best coffee for miles too... worth a ride out to go to this café!

Great store with a large range, knowledge and friendly staff and well maintained hire bikes suitable for the local terrain

Great flat white coffee just what you need after a trip round the Settle loop after riding in a bit of Yorkshire seasonal weather, sun, snow, wind � in April loved the Granola yum. Thanks for lending me a lock for my bike. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Excellent, knowledgeable service on all things 2 wheeled. Very good range of stock for all pedalling abilities.Not too stuffy or hair shirted either, so made welcome whatever your level of bicycling achievement.

The cafe offers the best flat white in Settle to accompany really tasty simple food locally sourced and baked. the cheese and ham on sour dough toasty is perfection in 2 pieces of bread!

Excellent and very friendly help and service for my biking needs and now a great cafe too. Chicken and Pesto Toasted Sandwich and coffee today - very nice.

Called in to try out the new cafe. The coffee was strong and very good. There was an excellent selection of cakes from which I chose the coffee and walnut cake which again was very good. Other items on the menu include the basic staple fare expected by cyclists e.g. Beans on toast. The cafe itself is decorated in a cycling theme and there's plenty of opportunity to browse the bicycles in the shop and discuss cycling with the staff. I will certainly be going back again.

Bought two bikes today from three peaks and what can I say. Hard to choose and must have changed our minds several times however the shop staff where patient and looked after us every step of the way. Polite, kind and informative, allowing us plenty of time to think without feeling pressured into a sale. Definitely more interested in customer service rather than making a quick sale. Couldn’t be happier and will certainly be back. Thank you.

Bobbed a vintage frame in to add to this stylish venue which seemed a great excuse to try a latte with caramel shot as recommended by a friend on her 2nd one! Friendly speedy service and tasty hot drink. Cakes looked really good but was too near tea time. Loving the park tools stools too! Great work Alastair worth the wait

Big shout out to 3 Peaks. On the first day of Way of the Roses my derailleur snapped off. After ringing ahead and a gruelling 7 miles in 1 gear we arrived at the shop. Got seen to straight away and fixed in 15 minutes to be able to do the last 20 miles for the day! Bike has never felt so smooth and wasn’t too expensive either. If they weren’t so far for me I would of definitely recommend servicing there, guys all know what they are doing with your bike! Thanks again xx.
