360Pilates offers matwork Pilates classes for all levels and individualised 1 to 1 sessions across the West midlands to both men and women. Classes are held at the Westwood Heath Greek Orthodox Church Hall, Central Six-Mach Health and Fitness, Stoneleigh Village Hall , Bubbenhall Village Hall and Hatton Village Hall.
Pilates improves flexibilty, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Placing emphasis on alignment, breathing, improving co-ordination, balance and developing a strong core.
