Good service today, no bother about being a wee bit late that bigger companies would have punished me for. Friendly service on phone and front desk that I appreciate.

8 weeks later still waiting for my refund which I should’ve received from a failed rental. Paid over £100 for a faulty vehicle.

Don't recommend anyone to trust this company.

Don't ever break down, they will leave you stranded. Let alone replace or refund you for the service you paid for... only had the vehicle for 6hrs out of the 24hr rental.
Their rental messed my holiday & left family of 4 children 4 adults stranded on M25 for 3.5hrs.
Didn't even get a call to say sorry. Or a replacement of vehicle. Had to arrange my own transport home.
First time & the last time I will come back to 3B Hire.

Hired a VW Transporter for a small house move, the first time I'd ever driven a van. Found it excellent for the purpose - rear parking sensors very reassuring!. The service from 3B was outstanding. Recommended.
