Poor service and no respect for coustomers. Waste of time and money

This was the 2nd time within 2 weeks we ordered pizza. Very tasty the first time but very disappointed with the pizzas yesterday they were very greasy,not alot of toppings and the cheese had a stale smell. Definately wouldn't order from here again.

The 3 for 10 pizzas are always greasier than the others available, but I guess that what you get that price. The Sheer Khan pizza is delicious.

Told the guy on the phone that the last time I ordered the pizzas were really dry, he told me that they put "8" ounces of sauce per pizza, so I said ok, but I asked the guy to make sure they do put enough sauce on, once the pizzas came we sat down to eat and again it was like eating cardboard, I called the guys up again to tell him, only to be basically fobbed off!!! You guys need to sort out your customer service as it really sucks!!!! Won't be ordering from you again!!!!

To be honest your reply actually sucks!! As I mentioned when I called you back there was hardly any sauce on the pizza!! I have the photoessays to prove it and if I could add them on here I would !! There definetley was not 8oz of sauce on the pizza!! It was like eating a piece of cardboard with cheese on! I paid you your £11 and I didn't argue when I got it but as I PAID for the pizzas I am entitled to my opinion, I explained to you that I do t want the pizzas to be dry (which they were) if I go into any other pizza shops they would use their initiative and add extra sauce I was not going to complain about an extra £1 so dnt make out that I wanted any extra for free!! As many people have commented you guys need to sort your customer service skill out!! Everyone paying customer is entitled to their opinion I just think your reply shows your level of understanding and I hope when people read my review they think twice about ordering from you as there is plenty of "3-4-10" options out there!!!!

The pizza chicken is not cook well
Just waste of money and time

The best place . I've ordered many times literally , if I ever want pizza I ALWAYS call them as they have very high quality of food and its normally under an hour. I order lots of times

I got donner today.. They claim their food is fresh but the guy literally took it out the freezer and warmed it up... I let it slide.. but I got home and started eating the outside was warm but every bite tasted frozen... Disgusting im not happy... Pizzas are great because they are fresh... Rest is bleh!

The only downside was that the pizza's took quite long to arrive with the delivery.. However it was worth it in the end. The succulent chicken pieces combined with the tantalising flavours of the tomato sauce base were absolutely impeccable!

We ordered a pizza online with a 2£ delivery charge at 15:41 on Sunday 27 November 2016 from the store located in 2, Syston St W, Leicester LE1 2JU. We then received a call from the Branch saying that we have to pay an extra pound to the driver because we are more than 5 miles from the store. I wouldn't mind paying is this was said on the website but there is nothing and when I talk to the person on the phone he was really rude. He said that he cancelled the order and we will be refunded within 2-3 days. I told him that this is not legal as not stated in the website or anywhere in the mail we received for the order confirmation. He then continues to be really rude with us and didn't want to listen to anything. I am sorry but I work myself in costumer services and this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. And from what I have seen on the Google review it is not the first time people have problem with them. I am going to write a complain to costumer services in the UK as the person we talk to didn’t even wanted to speak normally to us and was just rude. And for information on the receipt the 1£ extra is not written so this store is making money illegally from costumer. And even on the website it said "Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. This was the 2£ charged and any money ask for more is illegal and if the store does not want to deliver further than a certain area it should be clearly stated on the website..

This Pizza Is Absolutely Amazing I recommend It . The pizza always arrives on time hot and ready to eat .
