... Well imagine no more!! 3ness and Island Flavours have teamed up with the owners of the Caribbean Bar and Restaurant, The Boathouse in the Barking Riviera to bring you a another night of retro entertainment to remember!!
The Boathouse is situated on the banks of the ongoing Barking Riviera development and has views of the canal and surrounding area. The outside terrace and indoor restaurant/bar areas will set the scene for this retro night where you will mingle with like minded mature people and party like you did in the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Tickets are limited and only cost £10. This includes your access to the venue, a fish, meat, vegetarian or vegan meal from Island Flavours and to boogie the evening away.

Would highly recommend 3ness! The classes were out of this world. No queuing, great food, well organised.... Get signed up you won’t regret it.

This was my third time on a 3ness fitness weekender, and I can truly say that I have enjoyed every one of them. I was surrounded by friendly, like minded people, which was a bonus and the staff filled the classes with positive energy. I'd suggest that If you're contemplating kickstarting a healthy lifestyle, this is a brilliant way to get on track. I wish the weekend could have been longer. I've already booked for Torquay!😉

There are no words than can give a 3Ness justice! You have to go and experience it for yourselves! Once you've been then you can understand and appreciate how incredible these weekends are!!! ❤️x

The weekenders are so much fun. Everyone is welcoming, they are really well organised, the teachers and Djs are amazing. If you haven't tried it, give it a bash. You won't be disappointed

Oh my dayz!!! Not long home from my very first 3ness and whattttt pure craziness. Amazing event, well organised, ALL the 3ness crew, staff, helpers were just incredible with their service with a smile. I felt so welcome the moment I arrived. And all weekend everyone was smiling happy vibes, kicking tunes, love everywhere! Sooooo many classes to choice all bad bad bad was hard choice which to go too!!! Presenters on point no divas no attitude just kept it real! In my opinion 3ness is the VERY BEST fitness weekender on the planet!!!

Just had the best pleasure and pain weekend with the 3ness family in Torquay. Fab classes, great venue, lovely food, hotel staff out of this world, good boogie and a wonderful friendly atmosphere� thanks to all at 3ness for making it so great.

Just got home after a fantastic weekend with 3ness. I loved Hinckley and was abit apprehensive about the new location and extra travel time to get there. It's more than worth it! Done 9 classes and every single one the presenters were amazing full of energy and fun. Hotel staff done a good job and were very welcoming. I can't wait for the next one! I will be practicing the line dance! :D

I would love for someone to come to Dorset in England to do what you every time i see,something like this i wish they had some come here to do it .your video look amazing and you look has you are a good traner to.I wish they had more like you x

I had a fantastic week-end at 3ness event. So many different classes to choose from, that was wicked! Instructors were amazing!!!! I really enjoyed each one of my classes. Excellent work out!!! Supervisors were awesome, thank you guys :)!!! Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on the same level. I was very impressed!! Great entertainment, great venue, loved the food, loved my room. Everything was absolutely spot on!!! Big up to the organisers!! I'm looking forward to coming in Feb!

I absolutely love coming to 3ness, the presenters are brilliant and awe inspiring, the people coming are friendly, always leave on a massive high, my only gripe is it's only 3x a year! Maybe 12ness is better! No I know, I don't really want to kill Paul yet from over work! Well done 3ness another brilliant weekender!

Arrived at Leicester Marriott at 1pm and everything is so professional. Ive just finished Soca Party Aerobics with Lena Gaston and I didn't need CPR so I'm looking forward to the evening entertainment Comedy show with Judy Love and Dance with various artists, can't wait .........
