First rate experience for the children. .well worth the money...the staff very brilliant and actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs! ..Animatronics. music, light shows and a well thought out presentation...we spent all day in the freezing cold ...but the kids absolutely loved it ...would thoroughly recommend to everyone x

Only did the Christmas experience. Fun for kids. Bit of a drag for adults. Fairly good value considering that all the kids get to make a stuffed polar bear and meet Santa to get a present. Be warned though, if it's cold, dress warm. Not a heater in sight. Staff friendly and helpful

Just visited for the first time for the Santa experience which I would highly recommend to anyone. Well worth the money and my son had an amazing day.
Will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the park. All the staff were friendly and cheerful.

Loads of things to do (if it's dry) for kids up to about 10ish - our 6 year old loves it. Easily spend a whole day here. Prices not too bad - lunch time is a bun fight for tables and the kitchen gets swamped with orders. Food is cheap and cheerful. Nice coffee. Everything (apart from food) is free when you're in.
Particularly liked the animals and a chance to give the calves their milk!

Overall the kids really did enjoy themselves, but during the week the park looked closed. It lacked atmosphere.
The staff were really helpful and nice.
I think it is a little overpriced during 'low season' because it is not staffed fully.

Brilliant. Had our two grandsons aged seven and just under two. They both had a super time. There was loads for each of them to do. The staff are delightful and clearly care that everyone is having a great time. Food is also good value.
Will definitely bring them back.

Don't normally do reviews but thought this definitely needed one!! We an amazing day.. It was our first visit, would definitely recommend everyone to go! It's very reasonable to get in and everything is free inside!! The car park was busy but once inside it didn't seem busy because everything is spread out!! The staff are great very helpful and friendly.. Would only recommend going on a dry day because not much inside to do everything is outside, we arrived at 11am and left at 5pm so loads to do!! Our two children 4 and 6 want to go back they are the perfect age!!

3 adults and 6 children ranging from 2-12 all had a brilliant day! And I mean day!
There is so much to do we didn't even manage it all, the space is amazing - nicely set out so it doesn't feel cramped even though it was busy.
Good prices on snacks (we had a picnic) and drinks and amazing that once you're in it's all free which is so unusual! I really hope it stays like this
And the staff were so lovely and friendly, laughing and joking and actually talking to you!
Will definitely come here again

First time visit today, my sister has only ever had good things to say about 4 Kingdoms.

How refreshing it is to go somewhere and not feel ripped off, firstly the price of entrance is very very reasonable. The best part is once you get in there's no hidden costs like some children's attractions, we've been to places where the bumper carts / go karts cost extra.

After a good hard morning playing we had 2 very hungry little ones, even though we took our own food we still went to the cafe for a cup of tea which then turned to out be a little more. We usually steer clear of childrens play area cafes as they are just out to rip off the parents. This certainly wasn't the case with 4 Kingdoms, we ordered 2 portions of chips, a cup of tea, a bottle coke, a cake & some chocolate and it came to little over £8. Well done 4 Kingdoms !

A big hats off to the staff too, nice to see staff of all ages who know how to deal with the public but even more so the children. We've been to many a play area where the young staff are absolutely useless / look miserable and generally don't look interested. Every member of staff looked like they love their job which again has to be down to the management doing something right at 4 Kingdoms.

The park itself was clean & tidy which indicates it's very well looked after. So much for the little ones of all ages to do, both children were out for the count within 5 minutes of being in the car on the way home.

Thank you for a very enjoyable day, we'll be back and next time we'll purchase the season pass.

Visited four kingdoms on Sunday with one of my grandchildren to renew their annual pass for the 4th continuous year to be told that the rules have changed, you now have to name the Adult and have your photo taken as proof that you are the named adult, I explained to all that was at reception that this was not good as the children's parents both work and that the family share the children's childcare.
I was told that any of the adults that brings the children would still have to pay £9.50 each to enter the park. Outrageous price to pay to watch your children play.
So basically it is the adult that has the membership and not the child......makes sense for a child's place of play.....NOT.....
I was told that this rule was to stop childminders milking the company, which is still stupid as surely if they have named children it is irrelevant who brings them.
This rule is purely to get as much money out of everyone as possible, but in my case you have lost £200 in membership fees, money that we would have spent in your cafe, shops and possibly the children's birthday parties.
Management also never respond to any communications or complaints, I had complained via email how bad this years Halloween party was, I even asked on the night if I had got the wrong date as there wasn't anything special happening apart from the ghost train ride, we went home 30 minutes after arriving as we was all bored and freezing cold.
Sorry four kingdoms but you've lost my loyalty and custom.

This place is excellent. We were here for the Christmas experience, which is very well put together giving our children a magical time! The all inclusive activities mean that not only could the run around and enjoy themselves, but it is very good value for money!

User

Kids loved the Christmas experience. Its a little Phoenix Nights and could be upgraded in areas, especially for the entry fee. Would imagine that lack of finesse doesn't matter too much in summer. As I say kids loved it so im happy.

We went to the Christmas experience. It was fantastic. We booked our tickets online, and there was a mix up on the dates. Despite being really busy, they still accommodated us. I would recommend it highly, and would encourage others to visit. It is worth a long drive to get to! The food was reasonable, the staff were great, there was loads to do. We will definitely be going again! Thanks again!
