Just a few reminders for all my new clients starting tomorrow 😊 Remember to bring with you: Plenty of small Treats Favourite toy Normal lead (not retractable)
... Please use the rear car park, remembering to use the rear fire doors. Puppies start at 2pm, the doors will be open at around 1350hrs ( ten to two) you may come straight up. There is a direction sign on the first double doors through the fire doors.
Adult dog owners, please wait in the car park for me to come down to collect you all. This may be slightly later than 3pm depending on if we run over in time, but this is always runs over for you too 😊. As I haven’t met all the adult dogs yet, please don’t let them socialise Just yet, as obviously some of the dogs maybe a little nervous.
Lastly please also remember to get a parking ticket on your way into the car park, as the attendants are very keen on giving parking fines out! Keep hold of the little strip of the ticket if you pay for over the free amount of time, as these can be redeemed at the leisure centre.

we have an absolute idiot dog and this chap shown us the CORRECT way to train him, hes still part idiot dog, lol but definitely improving. cannot recommend this man highly enough! really knows his trade and his methods work!

We love coming to the puppy classes, Henry can't wait to come and meet his friends. We've been for a walk in the woods today and we let him of the lead, he was so good we met other dogs and horses but by following the training tips Henry stayed with us the whole time. Very pleased. Thank you.

We joined the puppy classes in Kirkby and really enjoyed them. We'll be looking to keep up the socialization and training. We've been very happy with the methods shown and patience.

We have one more week left in the Obedience class, we can see a dramatic difference in our 18 month Labrador something we never thought could be possible! Spud loves it! So much he's doing the advanced classes week after next. Spud went to puppy classes elsewhere so we were a bit doubtful to whether anyone could help but Andrew has an effective and refreshing approach to dog training and would highly recommend for anyone needing their dog to "listen" more. Thank you so much :-)

We have a husky puppy that needed socialising and the first week we went he head under the chair but by the second week he was playing with the other puppies. He as really doing well thanks to the classes and the help.

Super classes for your puppy to get to know other dogs and people. Andy is great , the class trainer tells you and teachers you and your puppy what you need to know and do.

So today marked the end of our adult obedience training for my 2 year Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Bow came as a very hyperactive and misbehaved dog. Our first lesson was almost the last for me as I spent the whole class in tears at how misbehaved she had been. From first lesson Bow never listened to a single command and just ignored everything I said and did. Treats, toys and even her name went out the window and I was sure I was wasting my time with her. We continued the training at home and was amazed at how much she did actually listen to me, whilst using the techniques we learned. As the classes progressed, Bow came on in leaps and bounds and by the last class today, she's a completely different dog at classes and at home. She listened to about 95% of all my commands today and I couldn't have been happier or more proud of how far she had come. It was the best money I'd ever spent and I now love and enjoy our long walks along the river everyday. Thank you sooo much for all your help, and with more training and practice at re call, we can maybe progress to the advance classes one day. Signed a very happy and thankful owner, with a very obedient doggy xx

Really enjoyed the training, was really good for my 8 year old daughter to be able to come along aswell. Cant wait to bring our other pup next week to start his training. 100% worth every penny! �

Me and my husband have really enjoyed our puppy training these past 6 weeks. Chester our cockapoo has learnt so much and we have too. Highly recommended. You have to be patient and enjoy it. I've been attending the puppy classes held by Andy at Edwinstowe Village Hall with my golden retriever puppy Ruby. I have learned a lot over the last few weeks about how a puppy learns and Ruby has loved the socialisation with the other pups. I am sure that these sessions have given me and Ruby a sound start to our journey together. Highly recommended!

Frank loved his classes over the last 6 weeks. He loved socialising with the other puppy's. We learnt a great deal during our classes about the best ways to care for our dog. We would highly recommend these classes!

Absolutely amazing transformation at four paws dog training classes for adult dogs, many very noticeable changes in our bulldog, we wud highly recommend Andrew it's a must for all dogs

We had a consultation with 4 Paws Training & Behaviour Services, as we were looking for a new trainer following relocation, to try take us to the next level with our reactive dog.



The consultation took place in our home, and in advance we were asked to make some short videos of how we handle Och on walks, so that he could see where Och was at.



From the videos alone he picked up on how both myself and my partner had a tendancy upon seeing another dog - which is Ochos triggers - to grasp the lead with our second hand and pull Och in.



This was something no one had previously picked up on. He talked to us about how this would impact on Och etc.



At first we were dubious, and found moving to a single hand uncomfortable. But then it became natural, and to our amazement Och didn't react as much. To the point we started to get more daring and now walk him with two other dogs regularly! This again was something 4PT&B suggested to us, as they explained as handlers we were doing all we should but my own nerves handling Och were being passed onto Och.



I've awarded 4 stars as we didn't actually out with Och, but this was purely because it turned out we were closer to that next level than what we thought. However the advice given in that single consultation was invaluable aiding our progression, hence the 4* rating.
