Never had a road bike before and bought one from Carlisle however when I started to use it realised the gearing was not great for me, took the bike into the boys in Cockermouth and they fitted a new cassette it is now much better and they only charged me for the part - would certainly recommend them to anyone else needing help or advice

Great service, Me and a friend were riding through Cockermouth attempting the 3 peaks commute, Having suffered a puncture and on-going brake calliper issue spotted this shop and got to it for when they opened first thing, We were early and the chap came out having spotted us. gladly offered larger pump and re-mounted front brake calliper [on the street] gave great advice and wouldn't take a bean from us. above and beyond service thank you very much.
