Well I didn't complete my 1st Bootcamp due to falling ill with a virus and only now feeling well. Wanted to review as would highly recommend! It was tough(i'm too unfit ) at times but also enjoyable learning what my body is capable of...walking like a duck and not leaping like a frog Thank you Max for your help and encouragement! Great sessions, loads of variety,friendly atmosphere,thanks to Elliot too and my team mates for your support!! Sorry Team one I wanted to smash it for you. The last year has been an adventure, back at the start of 2014 I decided I needed to do something about my health and joined the local gym but after only a few months I found my commitment dwindling, then someone pointed me to MaxвҖҷs Bootcamp. ItвҖҷs been an amazing experience and Max has pushed me past limits I couldnвҖҷt have imagined. 3 Bootcamps down and Max has changed my attitude to fitness, his enthusiasm is infectious which has helped form an amazing group of people that will support you on your way to your goals big or small and will keep you coming back for more! Started with a few classes before Xmas and then boot camp! I've hated every second but loved how I felt afterwards! The results speak for themselves, 24lb lost since beginning of January! Its back to the classes now until the next boot camp, I'm sure my final goal is within reach with the help and support of max and his team! Love buggy bootcamp, means I can exercise whilst still spending time with my youngest. Would definitely recommend 4 seasons classes and boot camp to anyone of any fitness levels, Max knows when to push you and when not and will always be realistic about ensuring you are doing exercises within your capabilities! My journey started with Max Feb. 2013 with my 1st set of PT sessions. Now 10kg lighter and a lot more 'toned'. I've attended countless circuit classes and am now on my 6th bootcamp. I can highly recommend Max for his unceasing enthusiasm, motivation and encouragement. Even during my 'dark' days when I was going through, surgery, chemo & radiotherapy for breast cancer. Max knew how to support me in still doing some exercise! In addition I've met some marvelous people who make classes and bootcamp so much fun. So why don't you try it? I'm sure you will 'catch the bug' too :)

Max is great and helped me so much. He creates an atmosphere that is welcoming, encouraging and inclusive regardless of who you are or what your level of fitness is. I have lost 7 stone and would not have done this without him. Exercise previously was a dirty word and now I love it, along with changing my attitude to food. I could not have done this without Max's encouragement and support - he has a true ability to motivate people and makes everyone feel valued.

Just signed off my first bootcamp... and am very happy! A stone lost. I was very nervous to join and very nearly didn't. But max and team are lovely, and so is everyone who goes. Recently breaking my ankle and having surgery made me nervous, and at the start I couldnt even lunge without loosing my balance due to my ankle, but my balance has improved aswell...But mostly my confidence. Thanks max and team. Looking forward to the next bootcamp!!

I started my first boot camp in Spring 16, I've now completed 2 boot camps, signed up for my 3rd and lost 8% body fat in 12 weeks. Max and his team are fantastic, they constantly push you to achieve great results, they constantly mix it up to keep it fresh, but are with you every cm of the way. 4SF take everyone into their family, the support from everyone is fantastic. We work hard, sweat loads, have fun and laugh a lot (even when it hurts). Being part of everyone's amazing journeys is inspiring. I'm hooked.

I started at 4 Seasons Fitness in January 2016 for the Winter Bootcamp. I have since completed 2 more Bootcamps and am about to sign up for my 4th. I have been doing classes alongside Bootcamps and I've improved massively with my fitness levels and strength. I've lost 11% body fat, 22lbs in weight and 30cms off of my waist :)

Max has an amazing attitude and this is why I'm hooked! He varies the workouts, always adding in new exercises and equipment. Having your technique corrected and being pushed (he knows how far to push you), is exactly what I needed!



I previously attended another bootcamp in Cambridgeshire, it was awful and put me off! If you have experienced a poor fitness class, please don't let that put you off coming along to 4SF, I'm so glad I gave this one a try!!!



I've made so many new friends through 4SF and these people are so welcoming and encouraging. I now go out running and have just completed my first Tough Mudder with the 4SF team! I blooming love it and my lifestyle has changed massively. I've even roped my husband into it and he was of the impression 'I don't need someone to tell me what to do!!!' .... now he's hooked!!



I would highly recommend attending a Bootcamp or classes, whatever your ability... what have you got to lose? Some body fat for sure! But you'll gain great fitness levels and lots of friends!!! ;)

I have just finished a set of 5 pt sessions with max, having already been part of the 4 seasons family via bootcamps and classes for about a year ... I wanted to say how much I've really enjoyed and benefitted from the pt sessions . Max is really encouraging but constantly pushes you to the very ceiling of your coping . He is supportive and inventive with the sessions and I really cannot recommend them enough . I was really anxious about how I would cope and would my fitness levels be enough , but once you are through the door, the sessions are fabulous and tailor made . If you are unsure about doing them , GO FOT IT - what's the worst that can happen ??!! You could be like me and really enjoy them ?! Thanks Max пҝҪпҝҪпҝҪ

I completed my first bootcamp in the summer, and all I can say is it was the best decision I've ever made. I had been in a 0 fitness rut for 4-5 years, so I was very nervous about joining, but was faced with the most supportive, friendly bunch of people, that kept me going to the end, even when we were all struggling! I had great results, but more importantly have now made exercise part of my life and actually enjoy it and made some great friends along the way.

I am right at the beginning of my weight loss journey & I have a long way to go but I started with Boot camp and now can't stop turning up at the classes! Max knows when and how to get me to push myself that little harder.

I'm changing my life and I really couldn't think of a better bunch of people to be surrounded by - if you are thinking you might want a go, come along...you'll be welcomed, you'll hate it and love it in equal measures and then you'll be hooked!

Having made the decision to lose weight and get fit, I met Max 18months ago and since then I've lost over 3 stone, and am now fitter than I have ever been. Along the way I've struggled, moaned and groaned - but I have always felt supported both by Max and the huge group of like minded people I have since met. I have also laughed continuously and enjoyed (almost) every minute of the exercise classes - and this comes down to the lovely atmosphere that Max creates.

Can't recomment 4 Seasons Fitness highly enough. I started bootcamps in July 2016 and have just completed my 5th one. I have kept a log of my sign on and sign off results and cannot believe the difference, I have dropped 2.9kg in weight, lost a total of 5.3% body fat and lost a total of 27.7cm. I also recently completed the autumn Wolf Run and loved it - in the words of my daughter "not bad for an old bird"!!!! Thank you for all the support and encouragement. Can't wait for Autumn Boot Camp and more results.

After a very heavy Christmas I decided I had to do something about my weight, my wife had been going to classes and mentioned the bootcamp and asked if I'd be interested. It certainly seemed like the best option for me as previous attempts at going to the gym hadn't worked for me. So I signed up and went along to meet Max at the sign on weigh in where he did a full analysis of my body composition and set me some realistic goals to achieve over the 6 weeks. When I went along to the first session I was a bit nervous but Max and his team were brilliant and supportive as were the other boot campers the six weeks flew by and the results were amazing. I will be signing up for the next one and definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't been before!
