The estate agents objective is always to sell the house and have their clients move into their new home as quickly as possible. With online conveyancing, is this impacting the chain time and causing deals to fall through?

M.O.T Conveyancing... what is it?!?

Beware of extra's in the terms of conditions such as: - £50 for an email - they might send more than 1 - £50 for letters - again they could send several - £150 lenders fee - £100 completion fee - yes i have heard of someone charging just to be in on Fridays to ensure the transaction is completed.
I have seen a quote escalate from £595 to over £1,000 for no reason, just add-ons that shouldn't be added on.
Be vigilant in reading the terms and conditions. Always ask for a full in depth quote, if unsure get 3 quotes.
