Great place.....wonderful, helpful owners......Doreen and Phillip were very helpful, suggesting an alternate route for our drive to Edinburgh . Delicious breakfast, and a dog that does an excellent Winston Churchill impersonation. HIGHLY recommended !

Beautiful place to stay, close to the city center. Doreen and Phillip go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and they make a delicious breakfast! When we found out that my brother was walking from the train station, she even drove to go pick him up and then showed us some of the landmarks of the area. Perfect place to stay!

Very pleasant stay, friendly owners. The beds were comfortable, warm, and clean. Anything you wanted for breakfast ( if you didn't like something they would replace it with something you did like) 10/10
