love this place! i bought my bullbar and wind deflectors from here and got them fitted the same day as buying them over the phone! also needed tyres for my truck which i needed asap and they had them in and fitted the same day aswell! great customer service and very friendly! always pop in with my truck to see what else i can buy

Great speedy service. I bought tyres from them which were fitted by their approved fitters the next day. I received a courtesy call the next day to check everything went fine. I will be using again :-)

•I ordered an Aeroklas canopy for my Ford Ranger on Wednesday 16th November AND paid for express shipping (£85) for it to be delivered to me on Friday 18th. Friday morning I rang to track my delivery to be told (eventually) that it had gone out on standard delivery instead of the express as paid.

•By Friday PM I had spoken to 4 different employees of the company who ALL at some point or another gave incorrect/contradictory information to each other. The final person who I spoke to upgraded the delivery to arrive the next day at their cost. Which I was pleased with considering it was the companies original mistake. But I had to wait until the Monday to speak to the original sales man who made the mistake to discuss everything further.

•The canopy arrived with (3 out of 4) faulty clamps, but credit where credit is due I was sent out more robust replacements for these without charge or query.

•I was then given the run around for 7 further days re a reimbursement of the delivery charge.

•10 days after the original mistake by the company and several chasing phone calls later I was refunded the additional charge for express shipping (£40).



Sadly I will not be recommending this company as their customer service is poor. The product is fantastic quality and looks brilliant. It is exactly what I wanted but after spending over £1700 with the company I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth.

If you want any form of customer service then do not buy any thing from this company ! I bought a ford Ranger tailgate damper that fail after just 5 months ! And I have been messed about since the 21 st by Simon Garrington . If this had failed when my daughter was under the tailgate I dread to think the damage that could of been done.

I originally ordered a Tonneau Cover and Bed Liner for a Fiat Fullback at the beginning of July. When the items were eventually delivered the boxes were in an awful state.



The cardboard was ripped and the courier stated "I'll just check the back of the van to see if there are any more parts because quite a bit came out in transit", diabolical in my opinion.



As a result the Cover was refused and the bed liner had parts missing so the whole order had to be returned.



Replacement items were delivered and the result is another damaged Tonneau Cover and missing parts in the bed liner.



In summary the customer experience has been a complete disaster and I will not order from this company ever again. I can see other reviews that state a similar opinion.



I have wasted NEARLY 1 MONTH waiting for items.

Following a first time purchase of a rather expensive canopy, I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth.. As I was booked to collect the vehicle it was going on, on a certain day I had around 2 weeks for delivery (plenty of time). The wrong canopy was despatched, which had to be changed. Then 1 day before collection, after promising delivery for that day 4x4 said it would not be there on time. I had to collect the vehicle as pre-agreed but without the canopy (which the garage were going to fit free of charge). The canopy had to be re-routed and delivered to my home address and had to be fitted by a local garage at a cost of £125! When I asked 4x4 for a hand with the cost of fitting, they refused, despite the numerous errors during purchase. Will not be using again!!

Do not use this company i purchased some apparent tailored mats for a hilux upon arrival these did not fit in the corners. So contacted by phone and was asked to email pictures that I did to get no reply for days untill I phoned to chase up the matter. To be told I have air con that's why they don't fit properly it does not state on there website they do not fit air con models. So asked for a refund and a return postage order to be told it was up to me to pay to send them back to get my refund for what is a mis described item. Reluctantly posted them back recorded delivery costing me £8. As the mats we're over a £100 I expected them to fit perfectly. Didn't get an acknowledgement I phoned a few days after I knew they had been delivered to ask where my refund is to be told it's with the accountants. 2 weeks later I got a part refund of £10 short of the purchase price. I phoned again to be told I will be called back once a member of staff is off the phone. I was not called back I rang again the next day to be told the reason it was £10 short was a re-stocking charge made by his manager. Considering it was falsely listed and I had to pay to send them back at the very least I expect a full refund. Upon explaining this I was told I will get my manager to ring you,that was 3 days ago no reply since.



I will be contacting trading standards and posting about the awful customer service on several 4x4 fourums to warn genuine honest people about your company.

Rude, hostile, customer DON'T care service works really good. After 9 months I have no top for my truck they still have my £1300 and refuse to answer my emails, now having to take them to court to retrieve money.

Absolutely terrible company. Had work done to vehicle which was good. Wanted some new tyres and alloys and eventually after a lot of calls I paid them £1,500. 2 weeks later still no wheels and never any calls to update. Cowboys!!!

A friend bought me a set of ford ranger t6 wild track grey wheel arches. After lifting them out of the box I noticed that they did not match the grey o my car called the office and they asked for photo that was fine. Later that day I was told I can have my money back. I said could I have the black ones. I got told that's fine we will ship them to you . after waiting a WEEK for the old ones to be collected and the new ones delivered I rushed home like a little school boy to fit my New Black ones to find the following morning when the sun light hit them they don't match been waiting over 2 weeks now for Jason to respond .Im Sick and tiered of waiting around that I bought my new Lazer Light bar and Light grill from a competitor. who was more helpful and fast at delivering.



all I want is a response and what action to take with regards to my incorrect arches

Following a first time purchase of a rather expensive canopy, I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth.. As I was booked to collect the vehicle it was going on, on a certain day I had around 2 weeks for delivery (plenty of time). The wrong canopy was despatched, which had to be changed. Then 1 day before collection, after promising delivery for that day 4x4 said it would not be there on time. I had to collect the vehicle as pre-agreed but without the canopy (which the garage were going to fit free of charge). The canopy had to be re-routed and delivered to my home address and had to be fitted by a local garage at a cost of £125! When I asked 4x4 for a hand with the cost of fitting, they refused, despite the numerous errors during purchase. Will not be using again!!

Do not use this company i purchased some apparent tailored mats for a hilux upon arrival these did not fit in the corners. So contacted by phone and was asked to email pictures that I did to get no reply for days untill I phoned to chase up the matter. To be told I have air con that's why they don't fit properly it does not state on there website they do not fit air con models. So asked for a refund and a return postage order to be told it was up to me to pay to send them back to get my refund for what is a mis described item. Reluctantly posted them back recorded delivery costing me £8. As the mats we're over a £100 I expected them to fit perfectly. Didn't get an acknowledgement I phoned a few days after I knew they had been delivered to ask where my refund is to be told it's with the accountants. 2 weeks later I got a part refund of £10 short of the purchase price. I phoned again to be told I will be called back once a member of staff is off the phone. I was not called back I rang again the next day to be told the reason it was £10 short was a re-stocking charge made by his manager. Considering it was falsely listed and I had to pay to send them back at the very least I expect a full refund. Upon explaining this I was told I will get my manager to ring you,that was 3 days ago no reply since.



I will be contacting trading standards and posting about the awful customer service on several 4x4 fourums to warn genuine honest people about your company.

Rude, hostile, customer DON'T care service works really good. After 9 months I have no top for my truck they still have my £1300 and refuse to answer my emails, now having to take them to court to retrieve money.

Absolutely terrible company. Had work done to vehicle which was good. Wanted some new tyres and alloys and eventually after a lot of calls I paid them £1,500. 2 weeks later still no wheels and never any calls to update. Cowboys!!!

A friend bought me a set of ford ranger t6 wild track grey wheel arches. After lifting them out of the box I noticed that they did not match the grey o my car called the office and they asked for photo that was fine. Later that day I was told I can have my money back. I said could I have the black ones. I got told that's fine we will ship them to you . after waiting a WEEK for the old ones to be collected and the new ones delivered I rushed home like a little school boy to fit my New Black ones to find the following morning when the sun light hit them they don't match been waiting over 2 weeks now for Jason to respond .Im Sick and tiered of waiting around that I bought my new Lazer Light bar and Light grill from a competitor. who was more helpful and fast at delivering.



all I want is a response and what action to take with regards to my incorrect arches
