The worst customer service ever ! I paid for my alarm to be fixed they didn’t bother calling me or leaving a voicemail to Re arrange a appointment ..3 weeks had passed as I was away on holiday and I heard nothing from them ! When I called up the manager was so rude and extremely unprofessional , lack of communication skills , she tried to refund me and brush me of the call WITHOUT arranging for my alarm(I paid £350 for the alarm) to be fixed .

Once they take your money they don’t want to know you , but you don’t take money from a client and not contact them if they miss the appointment.

If I had know the Apalling service this rubbish company give I would never have chosen them .

Please change ur procedures on how to deal with clients esp on how to communicate with them !!!

This company should be 0star blinds not 5star from the experience I had !

Once you have paid for blinds / alarm and it becomes faulty couple months down line - they don’t want to know younit help in any way . Very disgusting service by management .

Ive had numerous problems with this company on seperate occasions, the latest incodent was i had waited the 10 working days which they tell you how long it will take for your blinds to arrive, i rang up to find out if they had arrived for then an extremley arrogant woman to tell me they cant provide me with the blinds i ordered! So i waited two weeks to recieve this information and rather than giving me a different ultimatum they was offering me my money back, i stated i didnt request my money back i wanted my blinds fitted i then explained how unhappy with the service i was to then find the phone had been hung up on myself! Extremley unprofessional way of dealing with the situation im apauled with the service and it will be the last time i purchase any blinds from them or reccomend them, hope this dosent happen to anyone else the whole experience is too stressfull!!! Horrible horrible!!

Customer Service is a absolutely joke. I got told the man was coming out on Wednesday to give a quote between 11-1. He never showed. I called around 4 asking where he was and got told I wasn’t booked and until they realised it got booked with a man that wasn’t in that day. I then reschedule for the next day which was Thursday he can with no 30 minute before phone call which they told me he would call and I got told he would come back on the Friday to fit the blinds between 1- 5 and I’ve phoned up to confirm today as It was getting closer to 5 and I had no 30 minute before phone call to let us know as they knew we wouldn’t be at the property all day which we explain on the phone. When the lady answered the phone she put my on hold to check it and it cut off and someone else answer and I had to explain all over to the new lady I spoke too. And she told me he was on his way again NO PHONE CALL TO UPDATE US!!

The company had absolutely no communication skills whatsoever.
