So the 5-A-Day diet plan has started Colin and I are championing the healthy new year with some great fun diets with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, soups and smoothies!! We are setting the bar high for the 5-A-Day weight loss challenge!!! Anyone interested!!!!

To all our friends and followers of 5-A-Day - You maybe aware that we are heavily involved with the Woolston Christmas Fayre where Woolston traders and friends provide Christmas fun for the local community!!! forgive the plug but December 14th (5-9) - Sadly the hog roast booked for the day has dropped out!!
