What a treat. We had an amazing meal here last night, and were lucky enough to reserve seats at the Pass so we could nosey at everything going on in the kitchen. Highly recommended for that extra special dining experience. Thank you to last night's chefs and waiting staff.

User

Went for a special birthday dinner and the food was great a real experience. The service was really good with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The Chef are really good at what they do and it is a pleasure to be able to watch them work. Not somewhere I could afford to go often but worth a visit if you can.

We had an amazing dinner here last night and will definitely be back! We were fortunate to sit at the Pass and had a great view of everything going on in the kitchen. 64 Degrees has a great team and they all worked together in a very impressive manner. They were completely unintrusive yet always available. It was also great to meet Donal (a fellow Mayo man - apparently we're the first to visit!).

Highlights - Marmite butter & warm soda bread, Lamb & Oyster mayo, Jus ravioli (how did you do that?!), Rum bear & coconut sorbet, Valpolicella dessert wine.

Just a wee question from us - we loved the atmosphere and food soooo much but, as foodies who love to savour everything and try new things, 1hr 45mins wasn't quite long enough. Is it possible to reserve a slightly longer dining experience (e.g. 2hrs 15mins)?

p.s Thank you so much again for such an amazing experience.

We had a brilliant meal today went for 6 dishes all explained well and perfectly executed... we sat, drank and ate whilst watching the whole process from the pass

User

Was in on Saturday 28th April and had one of the best lunches we have ever had! A fabulous seat at the pass with full view of the chef prepping fish and pineapple. Outstanding food with absolutely wonderful service. Hubby doesn't like fish but tried the trout and enjoyed it. He doesn't like rare steak but loved the carpaccio and he doesn't eat dessert but, yip, all of the dessert were tried and finished. The head chef was so friendly and told us all about each dish we were eating. A truly incredible experience! Cant recommend 64 Degrees highly enough - we'll definitely be back

The food, service and atmosphere was phenomenal!! Best restaurant IŌĆÖve been to in all my visits from Florida!!! The brill just melted in my mouth!!

User

Stunning food. Flavour combinations that I'd never had before. Nothing overly complicated but just superbly put together. I even enjoyed the lamb dish, something I usually would avoid at all cost. Hands down the best restaurant in Brighton. The staff was awesome and it was great to watch the chefs work just in front of us. I hope to be back soon for more.

Just had a most wonderful meal. Each dish of the tasting menu was a delight, with amazing flavors and textures and some surprising elements. I was most impressed. The lovely service completed the amazing experience. I would not hesitate to recommend. ’┐Į

User

Just been taken for my birthday! Absolutely amazing food!! So fresh, full of flavour and wonderful to watch it all being cooked and prepared!!! Cannot wait to go back xx The chef today was also fantastic!!

User

Innovative tapas-style fine dining. The restaurant has consistently maintained its standards of excellence for several years now. The food is tremendous. The chefs and front of house staff are wonderful. A gem of a place. Please seek it out

User

I was taken to 64 degrees today for a birthday treat with my parents who are very particular about the quality of food they eat and the restaurants they visit. We certainly were not disappointed. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and ready to give advise on wine. The food was stunning and brought to table in a manner which meant that the delicate flavoured dishes came first. We had 9 dishes between 3 of us which was plenty........my dad managed an extra dish for himself as he wanted dessert. We will definitely be visiting again. ’┐Į

I don't care about the other reviews for here, it is simply amazing! If you know food, or work within the industry then you should come here and let it speak for itself! I am a chef and I have eaten at a lot of nice establishments and I still think this is one of the best, if not the best. The flavour combination is simple but executed perfectly. The mackerel with jerk yoghurt, beers and blackberries was fantastic and probably my favourite. The staff were amazing, they said 5 plates for 2 of us is recommended and it was just enough! We left with a bill that we thought was cheap, full stomachs but not too full and a huge smile on our faces. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It is honestly a great food experience. Please try it out for yourself instead of listening to negative comments.

User

Fantastic 3rd visit last night for my birthday! Trying to source ingredients for the cauliflower, Tunworth, pangritata dish which was GORGEOUS! Thanks to Sam, all the chefs and lovely ladies for making my birthday ’┐Į’┐Įxxx

User

Exceptional food, loved the small plates. Amazing combinations of food and the wonderful tastes stay in the memory.......will definitely be back for more! Lovely atmosphere and great service. Thank you for the experience.

User

Exceptional food, exceptional service!

This restaurant is incredible.

Don't listen to the negative reviews as I suspect some people aren't hugely into food so don't really understand the concept of this restaurant.

This restaurant is for people who are real foodies and want to have an experience as well as top class food.

The menu is made up of dishes that you share with the person or people you go with.

(One dish between two works best).

You can then savour the incredible flavours together and share the experience with them, it really works well.

Try to get a table at the pass if possible.

Book in advance as it is only a small place which adds to the atmosphere but means you need to be organised as to when you want to go.

Every dish is assembled right before your eyes with love and attention to detail.

The chef will then personally present the dishes to you explaining what you are about to eat.

It was my girlfriends birthday and they presented her with a rum bear jelly with a sparkler which tasted out of this world.

I have no doubt any of the dishes you choose will be phenomenal but our favourites were-

The trout

The beef carpaccio

The grey mullet

The watermelon, pumpkin seed, honey and feta dish

The grass is greener ox tongue dish

The chocolate and salted Caramel dessert

All incredible!!

Don't listen to any bad reviews which are very far and few between for a reason and go experience this place yourself and make up your own mind.

You will not regret it!

Enjoy ’┐Į

Every last morsel was a delight; great flavours and textures, wonderful wine and exemplary service. 10 courses of vegan perfection (other dietary offerings are available!)

An unbelievably good meal. Taken by local Brighton friends and no knowledge of what we would experience and eat. We ourselves created a huge success with The Real Coconut restaurant and products in Tulum Mex and also across the USA., and what I experienced sitting st the bar of 64 degrees today with the cod, and the pork and the cauliflower dishes being my favorites of 10 divine tastes, was utterly sensational.
