Core exercises do not make you lose belly fat ( unless you do them for about 2 hours on a very restricted diet). They do however strengthen your core and when your body fat is low enough give, you a nice shaped tummy. In the digital bootcamp we use hiit workouts to burn fat and core workouts for strengthening your core. Pretty simple really.

So sick of bullshit fad diets!!! *cut carbs *skip meals * Betty from Doncaster sells magic tea for £100 that will make you lose 1 stone in 2 days !!!
... What a load of shit !! It is so frustrating that individuals who generally want to lose weight but don’t have the correct knowledge so they then seek help from others and are given so many crazy quick fix DIETS ... 1. In the long run end up back in square one because it’s not maintainable. 2. Do not enjoy it because it’s hard and find themselves hungry then end up eating the entire kitchen.
STOP DOING THIS ... there is no magic tablet or quick fix.... just eat healthy balanced nutritional food and the right calories.
You don’t need to cut out bread or a chocolate muffin why torture yourself because it will only make you want it more!! life is about balance and so is what you eat.mental health is just as important pressuring yourself to lose weight and driving yourself insane because you are craving that chocolate bar!! FUCKING EAT IT.
Use your BMR to measure your correct calorie intake (Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the total number of calories that your body needs to perform basic, life-sustaining functions)...
EXAMPLE ...
Jenny’s BMR is 1600 calories to maintain her current weight. For Jenny to lose weight she needs a calorie deficit so if she removes 100 calories leaving her with 1500 per day ... she has created a calorie deficit of 100 calories this will cause her body to lose weight. ...now if Jenny was to eat 1800 calories per day she is over eating by 200 calories ! ... this will cause Jenny to then gain weight.

I've been using 7 Hills fitness now for the past several weeks and I can honestly say since starting I have seen a massive difference in reduced body fat, muscle tone & size and my overall energy levels have increased massively. Barry certainly knows his stuff.

I participated in Barry's 'Green Oak Park' workout last week after doing NO exercise for over a whole year. It was the massive kick start I needed to get myself back into the mindset to start exercising properly again. We started with a few minutes warm up, followed by some fun, short bursts of various HIT exercises, working at our own pace, sometimes individually and then together as a team. Barry encouraged, motivated and explained each exercise. All this was done to music in the middle of Green Oak Park. I took my 19 year old daughter, Emily, along too. We had such a laugh, met some fabulous new ladies and tell you what, I felt fantastic, if not slightly jaded, at the end of it all. The next few days Emily and I ached a bit, but it was a 'good ache' and made us realise how lazy and complacent we had both become. I will definitely do Barry's workouts again and would highly recommend to anyone who's thinking about a new fitness regime or needs a remotivating! Our group session cost £4 each for 45 minutes. Exceptional value. Only go if you want to have lots of fun too!

Bored of the gym and needing a push to get back into exercise I began 3 rounds of his 7 min workouts, 4 times a week and in 3 weeks have lost 5cm from my waist ! Great results and no boredom as the videos are updated each week. Never thought I'd say this but I look forward to each weeks new video
