Went in at 5ish on Saturday afternoon and was surprised it find it quiet (FA cup was on)

At first look we thought the menu was a touch pricey but after eating it's well justified, one of the nicest steaks I've eaten for a while!

Beautiful decore, fantastic staff, great food

Really couldn't ask for more....

Will definitely be on the list of where to eat from now on

Thank you so much to all the staff and Billie and Josh for all their hard work Saturday. Julian had an amazing day at diner 7 for his 4th birthday. We couldn't have asked for more. All 18 children were served their food together along with their drinks and sundaes. We were allowed to have a large area in the restaurant to accommodate for all the children and adults who all enjoyed the food. The staff were extremely accommodating and the service was amazing. Thank you ayse

You were all fabulous! A special thank you though to our very patient, efficient and rather fabulous waiter, who never ceased to smile. Hope he enjoyed his cake!

Nothing we asked was too much for him, or the manageress. The kitchen excelled at getting our vast order out, and the food was amazing. We all went home very happy with our food baby bellies, and Bethen had the best time with her family.

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue. Not a single complaint can be raised.

Very much looking forward to visiting again, maybe in slightly smaller numbers, and will definitely be recommending the diner to anyone and everyone.

One of the best diners I've been to,lovely size with lovely set out. Me,my husband & daughter met some friends there,some had ribbs& some had different burgers,all looked lovely when came out & tasted good. We all had a good night & love the Elvis entertainment. Seen Lee Jackson a few times now,so good. Will deffo be returning sometime

Been here 5 times now, 3 breakfasts and 2 evening meals. On every occasion the service,food and friendliness was absolutely on point. Billie-Jo is always on the go but still finds time to talk to the customers.

I'll certainly be back to sample more of the menu,which there is plenty of choice....� �

Amazing place to relax and enjoy authentic American, home cooked food ... Lovely family owned business, with 26 en-suite hotel rooms. Highly recommend a stay, as the team here truly understand good old fashion hospitality ...

Went in for a burger , was ok not anything amazing yet to try bfast. Staff all very young were good and attentive. I would say needs an manager as they was busy playing around when not serving.

We went this evening , I love the decor with the American diner feel but the service was awful 25 mins for a milkshake, our starters arrived before the drinks !! To be fair the manager deducted all of these from the final bill.and apologised for the long wait .The Service was far too long, it really wasn't that busy when we arrived, so I think it was just lack of staff. We loved the food when it arrived but the long wait just spoilt it for us, dessert was another 25 mins for one waffle this is crazy !! One more visit I think because we loved the athmospere and music ,but if it's the same slow service I wouldn't go back... A real shame.

Last time we were there it took them an hour before we even got asked what drinks we wanted! (With 4 children, that was not fun) and the service got worse..long story short, I complained (via their comment box) and was sent a voucher. It put me off so much that the voucher was nearly out of date, and I finally decided to take the kids there on a Monday after school, and it was so much better!! The kids were, well being kids, but it was so empty no one minded! The food was great, and came out promptly. The kids all got menus and crayons (this hadn’t ever happened before) so were quiet happy. Not a very american feel to it, but I don’t think that’s possible here anyway. I’d recommend going in the week, but NEVER on a weekend OR for breakfast!
