After tasting @brickbreweryse15 Raspberry & Thyme Sour at LCBF last weekend there was no hesitation to place an order ASAP. About to pour a 2nd glass of our new Riesling/ Gewurztraminer blend; Big Salt! Been waiting to get this on the shelves for a while. Gentle mineralness with some beautifully balanced acidity. Yum.
