Went for lunch, our first time here - would recommend !!!!

Jade, our server was friendly, and asked if this was our first time, and spent time explaining the menu, which greatly enhanced our visit !!

The food was very good, burger cooked to perfection, and my wife’s chicken looked very moist, and I guess the fact the plates were empty is recommendation enough !!! I rounded off the meal with a salted caramel shake, lush !!!!

We were six on our party and we had really high expectations on this place in Eastbourne. We were greeted and guided to our table straight away (+++) the waiter explained the menu as we were new to it, food was fantastic, and service impeccable, we will definitely return and recommend. We were able to feel that everyone working there is happy and love what they are doing.

We visited for my son's bdays. We love it here. Great service, great burgers and great atmosphere. Definitely the burger place of our choice. See you again soon. Many thanks �

The wings were delicious and had actual meat on the bone, very tasty seasoning!!!, the burgers were amazing, and my daughter enjoyed her kids meal (hotdog) Staff were happy to add on or change order and we didn’t wait long to be served, the shakes were soooo good , try the maple pecan � we will definitely be returning next time we are here! WOW. We just drove from Tunbridge tonight (Sunday 8pm) after a friend told us about 7bone and it was well worth it. we were welcomed by Gabby who was lovely and very helpfully. We were seated straight away and with 5 minute had our drinks. Our order was taken quickly and our amazing looking burgers turned up 10 minutes later. The food was delicious and I can’t wait for our next visit. We were also served by a young man who was very nice but did not get his name. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was a nice place to eat, we will definitely be going back.

To be short and sweet myself and my partner loved the place the rustic decor is excellent.

Service was great and the food was amazing and excellent quality and proper portions.

Good value for money and we will be back most definetly.

I'm a real foody and a chef by trade and I can say my expectations of food is pretty darn high. After seeing adverts on Facebook and friends raving about 7bone I thought I'd take my younger brother (big foody) and my girlfriend for a good taster of this establishment. What can I say, we came in it was busy as you'd expect on a Saturday about 5pm so our first contact was oops should have booked so we gave name and contact number and told 30 minutes wait. I can tell you after 20 minutes we got the call to come for our table, first of all I was amazed how fast that was to get a table, and when we arrived we was sat by the window which you'd normally expect to be a cold seating but the place was nicely heated so all the spots you'd think is cold was comfortably warm. Our waitress was called gabby and she was attentive and very polite which is hard to find in any hidden gems or high end restaurants. After ordering our food we waited and saw the delights of everyone else's food and the aroma of the pattys from every table. Once our food came to our table I was stunned with how quaint the red baskets they came in and the amount you got for your honest pound. The sides we ordered was the dirty fries which looked and tasted amazing, the beef poutine which I have to say after nicking a few fork fulls off my girlfriends plate was actually mouth wateringly Fantastic and I ordered the truffle mac and cheese and working with truffle on daily basis it's easy to ruin any dish with too much of it but this mac and cheese I have to say is one of the best I've ever had the joy of eating. The burgers are nicely stacked, seasoned and cooked to perfection, my girlfriend ordered a buttermilk chicken burger and she was blown away with it all. Long story short this place has everything you need for a burger establishment, really good tasting food, great ambiance, smashing prices, kind and attentive staff. My only gripe they don't do desserts but don't let that put you off how amazing this place is, hats off to all staff and a big shout out for the chefs

I went with some friends last night as we got there and there wasn't any tables free so the lady took my number and called me when there was a free table ( I really like that idea save you waiting around watching people eat lol ) just enough time to have a drink. From the time I had the call to the time we paid and left was just under an hour the food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful can't wait till my next visit. Arrived about 7:30pm expecting a wait but got a table straight away which was great considering we had travelled from uckfield specifically to try 7bone burgers, food came fast and was amazing, the burger stayed in the bun and the bun was so soft/fresh.. had wings with the hot sauce also and we loved the hot sauce so I think that complaint I read is purely personal taste or lack of. We heard about 7bone through Facebook and couldn't resist much longer just had to try and all was great including staff , will be returning soon. Ty

After hearing about the fantastic burgers we thought we’d give it a go. As soon as we walked in the staff were very attentive & we were very well looked after. Mitch our waiter explained everything in detail & it wasn’t long before the drinks & food arrived. The strawberry & cream shakes are the most amazing shakes ever. The food was cooked to perfection. This is without doubt the best burgers I’ve had in the UK! Can highly recommend & will be back very soon.

Very good visit! The customer service was apparent and great from the moment we step in the door, this continued throughout our visit. We hadn't planned to go here and were really impressed so will be going back for sure. The burgers were to die for!! Cocktails were pretty lovely too!!

Second visit Saturday night, service is quick,staff are efficient. I ordered the Robert Johnston with seasoned fries. Fries weren’t seasoned,and the burger was flavourless and boring,certainly not £11 worth of burger and chips. Best thing about the place is the mac n cheese and halloumi fries. The best thing about this place was the food as it was fantastic, much tastier than other similar type restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately it’s let down in a big way by having terrible service and grumpy waiting staff.

You’ll get better friendlier service from a spotty teenager at a busy McDonalds, hence the 3 star review.

Everytime iv visited 7bone the food has been excellent along with the service everytime iv left been looking forward to my next visit. Until now, on saturday i placed an order for collection of £43 for 2 burgers 4 sides 2 milkshakes only to arrive home with my food get my burger out which was one big chicken. Should have been fried chicken hashbrown cheese chipotle hp sauce and mayo, to my dissapointment i was met with a bit of chicken in a bun thats it. So i call the restaurant and they confirm the mistake of my order and i was offered £10 voucher to which i said im not verry happy with as the main part of my meal is ruined so we agreed a £20 voucher which is not bad can add few quid for another couple of meals. Im told this would be dealt with asap, sunday no voucher so i call again to which the response was main office is open on monday be dealt with then. So iv waited the day out still nothing so i call back again an ask politely again for an update. Now although the lady was not rude to me a low tone was used in saying that the head office were dealing with the matter and would sort it out. As a restaurant who prides there self with great food and great service they have let there selves down on both fronts here and im sorry to say you are failing a customer by not dealing with a situation of this manner quickly and professionally �

We were greeted and told the table would be around 5-10 minuets and shown through to the bar at the back to get a drink and wait for the table. 25 minuets later we were still waiting, not long later we were seated along with another couple on the table next to us. The waiter did apologise to us for the wait and commented it was not much longer than he said, we joked and said only about another half an hour. He said he would take our drinks of the bill and give us a 10% discount on the food. He did also say that 2 members of staff had called in sick. We had already bought the drinks but thought we would have another one later. The food eventually arrived, by now we were getting fed up with waiting along with the tables near us. It was just chaos around us with people waiting, leaving and tables just not being cleared. We ordered another drink, we waited and waited and waited. It got to the point that we got up to say don’t bother with the drinks, just get us the bill please. After another long wait I eventually got up again and found the waiter who was by the till and asked for the bill again. He apologised once again and took 25% off the bill. I have never had such poor service!! If you can’t cope without the staff stop taking in more and more people. This is not the way to gain return custom. Just please watch out, if it’s busy stay away, or just be prepared to have a long wait and possibly order 2 drinks as you may not get chance to have another. The food was good and would get far better marks but service should be zero if I could.

This was our first visit and we were not quite sure what to expect. I have to say that the whole experience turned out to be excellent. The food quality/quantity was great and the service very friendly. We will visit again soon!

I'm a real foody and a chef by trade and I can say my expectations of food is pretty darn high. After seeing adverts on Facebook and friends raving about 7bone I thought I'd take my younger brother (big foody) and my girlfriend for a good taster of this establishment. What can I say, we came in it was busy as you'd expect on a Saturday about 5pm so our first contact was oops should have booked so we gave name and contact number and told 30 minutes wait. I can tell you after 20 minutes we got the call to come for our table, first of all I was amazed how fast that was to get a table, and when we arrived we was sat by the window which you'd normally expect to be a cold seating but the place was nicely heated so all the spots you'd think is cold was comfortably warm. Our waitress was called gabby and she was attentive and very polite which is hard to find in any hidden gems or high end restaurants. After ordering our food we waited and saw the delights of everyone else's food and the aroma of the pattys from every table. Once our food came to our table I was stunned with how quaint the red baskets they came in and the amount you got for your honest pound. The sides we ordered was the dirty fries which looked and tasted amazing, the beef poutine which I have to say after nicking a few fork fulls off my girlfriends plate was actually mouth wateringly Fantastic and I ordered the truffle mac and cheese and working with truffle on daily basis it's easy to ruin any dish with too much of it but this mac and cheese I have to say is one of the best I've ever had the joy of eating. The burgers are nicely stacked, seasoned and cooked to perfection, my girlfriend ordered a buttermilk chicken burger and she was blown away with it all. Long story short this place has everything you need for a burger establishment, really good tasting food, great ambiance, smashing prices, kind and attentive staff. My only gripe they don't do desserts but don't let that put you off how amazing this place is, hats off to all staff and a big shout out for the chefs

I went with some friends last night as we got there and there wasn't any tables free so the lady took my number and called me when there was a free table ( I really like that idea save you waiting around watching people eat lol ) just enough time to have a drink. From the time I had the call to the time we paid and left was just under an hour the food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful can't wait till my next visit. Well done guys you got a good thing going there ����

Best burger I’ve ever had in my life!! My son and I went for the first time last week! Will for sure be going again. Great service, great food, great place. Would definitely recommend that everyone try.

Arrived about 7:30pm expecting a wait but got a table straight away which was great considering we had travelled from uckfield specifically to try 7bone burgers, food came fast and was amazing, the burger stayed in the bun and the bun was so soft/fresh.. had wings with the hot sauce also and we loved the hot sauce so I think that complaint I read is purely personal taste or lack of. We heard about 7bone through Facebook and couldn't resist much longer just had to try and all was great including staff , will be returning soon. Ty

After hearing about the fantastic burgers we thought we’d give it a go. As soon as we walked in the staff were very attentive & we were very well looked after. Mitch our waiter explained everything in detail & it wasn’t long before the drinks & food arrived. The strawberry & cream shakes are the most amazing shakes ever. The food was cooked to perfection. This is without doubt the best burgers I’ve had in the UK! Can highly recommend & will be back very soon.

Very good visit! The customer service was apparent and great from the moment we step in the door, this continued throughout our visit. We hadn't planned to go here and were really impressed so will be going back for sure. The burgers were to die for!! Cocktails were pretty lovely too!!

Second visit Saturday night, service is quick,staff are efficient. I ordered the Robert Johnston with seasoned fries. Fries weren’t seasoned,and the burger was flavourless and boring,certainly not £11 worth of burger and chips. Best thing about the place is the mac n cheese and halloumi fries. Not enough to bring me back though,Old Daves for me in future

I went with the family on a Sunday early evening.

The best thing about this place was the food as it was fantastic, much tastier than other similar type restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately it’s let down in a big way by having terrible service and grumpy waiting staff.

You’ll get better friendlier service from a spotty teenager at a busy McDonalds, hence the 3 star review.

Everytime iv visited 7bone the food has been excellent along with the service everytime iv left been looking forward to my next visit. Until now, on saturday i placed an order for collection of £43 for 2 burgers 4 sides 2 milkshakes only to arrive home with my food get my burger out which was one big chicken. Should have been fried chicken hashbrown cheese chipotle hp sauce and mayo, to my dissapointment i was met with a bit of chicken in a bun thats it. So i call the restaurant and they confirm the mistake of my order and i was offered £10 voucher to which i said im not verry happy with as the main part of my meal is ruined so we agreed a £20 voucher which is not bad can add few quid for another couple of meals. Im told this would be dealt with asap, sunday no voucher so i call again to which the response was main office is open on monday be dealt with then. So iv waited the day out still nothing so i call back again an ask politely again for an update. Now although the lady was not rude to me a low tone was used in saying that the head office were dealing with the matter and would sort it out. As a restaurant who prides there self with great food and great service they have let there selves down on both fronts here and im sorry to say you are failing a customer by not dealing with a situation of this manner quickly and professionally �

We went last Saturday 13th January. We were greeted and told the table would be around 5-10 minuets and shown through to the bar at the back to get a drink and wait for the table. 25 minuets later we were still waiting, not long later we were seated along with another couple on the table next to us. The waiter did apologise to us for the wait and commented it was not much longer than he said, we joked and said only about another half an hour. He said he would take our drinks of the bill and give us a 10% discount on the food. He did also say that 2 members of staff had called in sick. We had already bought the drinks but thought we would have another one later. The food eventually arrived, by now we were getting fed up with waiting along with the tables near us. It was just chaos around us with people waiting, leaving and tables just not being cleared. We ordered another drink, we waited and waited and waited. It got to the point that we got up to say don’t bother with the drinks, just get us the bill please. After another long wait I eventually got up again and found the waiter who was by the till and asked for the bill again. He apologised once again and took 25% off the bill. I have never had such poor service!! If you can’t cope without the staff stop taking in more and more people. This is not the way to gain return custom. Just please watch out, if it’s busy stay away, or just be prepared to have a long wait and possibly order 2 drinks as you may not get chance to have another. The food was good and would get far better marks but service should be zero if I could.
