Went Saturday lunchtime, got seated straight away, service was quick and staff really nice, felt bad as didn’t have any ash to tip them, will tip double next time as definitely going back!!!

Was recommended and went with my daughter who seems to live there. Had the garlic burger. Cooked pink. Can see why my daughter loves it there. Arrived and said 20 min wait, but they'd phone when table was available. Nice touch as you can pop to local Wetherspoon nearby and pop back. Waiting staff were so nice and even gave me some garlic sauce to take home. Definitely be back soon. Thank you for brilliant experience x

Friendly staff, food fantastic if you have never been you must try the dirty fries.. very reasonable prices

Took my son there Friday 2nd of February about 7pm was fairly busy but got seated really quick the burgers were amazing my son said it's the best burger he has ever had will definitely be going back

Service was really quick, warm and friendly and food was excellent. We were told that there was a big table of 25 in and so to expect that food and drinks etc might be a bit slow but we got our drinks about a minute after we ordered and food also came really quickly!



Our waiter (Mitch) was really friendly, attentive and enthusiastic and made sure we had a great time. Will definitely be back!

Staff were more than acconodating making sure that we were all happy and comfortable including my 6mnth daughter. Service was quick and the food was of high quality. Burgers well cooked and flavourful , sides all brilliant.

The staff were the highlight very happy, smiley, funny and accommodating - will be back again !

Omg this place is amazing , our first time and the good was lush and cheep , please open one up in our home town of Cirencester , you would make a killer as we have nothing like this only pub food and Indians

I loved it, the kids loved it, we went on Monday night at approx 7pm,myself and two children, 11 and 12.. the service was very quick with no wait to be seated, served by a friendly waitress,the portions of chips were huge,the burgers were moist and cooked as you wanted, I had the mushroom garlic one-delicious - .My only gripe was that the straws were too thin.lol....Its a burger bar, it does burgers very well, - value for money it was £35 for us three, i thought that was fair, and the kids enjoyed it, It was busy and there is music in the background.I did wonder why there was all that kitchen roll, I will leave that for you to find out :)

(Managed to only eat half of mine) always wanted to try some dirty sloppy American food :) only bad point, although we loved the music (old classic American, mj, Ben king etc) we found it was a little loud and we couldn't hear Each other around the table. Absolutely loved it very picky with burgers but tasted amazing chips are the best chips I've tasted and not greasy! staff are very helpful especially the lovely lady with blue hair ( sorry don't know your name)! She went out of her way to help very good staff member! And the blonde guy with glasses (sorry again don't know your name!) but he was very helpful and polite! I'm very observant when it comes to staff and I respect good service definitely a five star service and five star food honestly amazing thank you guys ! Planning on coming back very soon! � oh and prices of food and drink are very reasonable!! I'm a tight git! Haha

My daughters Mac 'n' cheese was beaut 😋 will visit again

Our order was wrong being that we asked for well done and my son's was under medium But it was resolved really quickly and taken off our bill! Best burger and that young lady deserves a pay rise! We went to 7bone last night and the Halloumi fries were amazing...burgers pretty good but the experience was ruined by lots of flies flying around us throughout the whole meal! We were seated downstairs due to it being busy upstairs and luckily we were given a table quite quickly. Service wasn't great, pretty slow, we had to keep reminding the waitress for our drinks. The flies bothered me greatly, I mentioned it to the waitress that there was clearly 'a fly problem' and she said she hadn't realised which I didn't believe as my friend and I had to keep swatting them away as we were eating �

Just picked up a telephone order from 7Bone Bournemouth. We’ve been fans for ages! Decided to get a take away as it’s usually really busy so thought it might be easier. They said it would be ready in 20-25 mins and I arrived by 20 minutes.



Ordered 3 sliders, a junior mac n cheese with fries, tater tots and the Brucie Fourslice.



Have to say we were quite disappointed with the junior mac n cheese, as it was burnt on top, and no child is going to want to eat burnt food (photos available).



Also, they didn’t put the child’s drink in with our order so that was missing.



The Brucie Fourslice was soggy (not sure if this is partly because it was ready in advance of us collecting it)! However was tasty (again photos available).



All the food seemed to have been packaged in tin foil which meant that the burgers and the Brucie Fourslice were squashed and it doesn’t look very professional. When you’re paying £9.95 for a toasted sandwich you don’t really want it to all be squashed by the time you eat it.



Could have gone back in and mentioned all of this however it’s raining and it would have taken even longer to get it rectified. Overall quite disappointed with this trip.

Been coming to 7bone for years now and it's just gone so down hill, used to love it and the whole experience. Service is awful, didn't get checked on, Waitress ignored us and hardly said a word, just didn't feel welcome. Disappointed mate, not my favourite place anymore.

Following falling ill shortly after eating at Bournemouth 7bone and at the request of the manager I have sent two emails detailing the issue as requested. I have received no acknowledgement to date. Please take action on these mails. Social media is not only used to advertise !

I have visited this particular restaurant many times, I have always been happy with the service and food is always lovely, today I visited with a few friends and The service was absolutely disgusting!! We were a group of 8 so we Weren’t expecting to be seated straight away, we were told the wait was 40 minutes we would be called when to return, we were happy with this, we returned an hour later to be told there was a further 15 minutes wait, the restaurant at this time was pretty much empty, so we stood outside, a large group left so we asked if we could be seated at their table, we were told yes, I wish we never sat down!! The waiter and waitress were clearly talking about us as they gathered in a circle and all looked on to our table we then

Waited a further 10mins to even be spoken to, we had to take menus off another table as weren’t given any!! The way we were treated was disgusting!!! I will not be returning!!!!
