Went to 7 bone tonight for my husbands birthday, just a quiet family meal. Food was great but one waitress went above and beyond. I think her name was Taz, and she was great with our little girl. Just want to say a big thank you to her for making our little girls evening and giving us parents a few minuets to ourselves! �

Went last night with a few friends before the cinema. Greeted by very friendly staff, given time to decide on food and drinks without feeling rushed. The food came out pretty quick considering how busy it was. Food tasted great and was good value for money and all the staff wished us a great evening as we left. What more could you ask for. Great service, great food and great price. Will definitely be going again.

We have visited 7Bone Newbury fairly frequently; it's our go-to place to eat out, even if we don't get the opportunity to do so as often as we would like. Sometimes you just want a dirty, naughty burger, and this place delivers exactly that in the least pretentious way, with great service.

Today we visited again, and had a similarly awesome experience. We've never had a bad meal there, the staff are really friendly and they're great with our young son. Thanks to TimeHop we realised that it was exactly a year to the day since we first visited 7Bone, and also noticed that we had managed to eat all of the specials in that time, without missing any. While paying our bill we were chatting to Bart and this came up in conversation. As we were leaving he surprised us with 2 milkshakes, such a lovely gesture and he really made us feel special. Excellent customer service, but it always is here! Of course, we will be back, but that was never in question!

The service was really quick and my boys were served first which is a huge plus when you have hungry toddlers. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff were helpful and friendly

Perfect, just went for lunch with the children and we couldn't have asked for more, the service was excellent and quick which is alway important when out with the kids! The burgers were amazing the best we have had in a long time. Definitely be back soon

Not sure what some people’s problem is ... reading reviews of “food came too fast” “there was too much food” -Are you kidding me??! I have eaten here multiple times, and had their take out the food has always been delicious- yes they are large portions -no complaints about that here. I’ve gone off menu, been in when it’s rammed, last thing at night, and nothing has ever beentoo much trouble for the guys here. Great food, milkshakes to die for, great atmosphere, & service. Every time.

Nathan seated us immediately, and was chatty and attentive. Food was awesome... I had a burger with chili and jalapeños and my wife had a vegiburger ... I honestly don't know what I would choose next time as they were both awesome. We also had fries which were big enough to share [and gorgeous] and some fried pickles which was a HUGE portion and "interesting".. I think they're a bit "marmite" and could have done with a smaller portion size to try, not that they were expensive, if would just remove wastage.



Can't wait to return. Loved it.

Food was very nice and tasty, good portion sizes, couldn’t finish it all.



If any gripe or feedback at all I would say the tater tat things from the starter were quite greasy and tasteless so we wouldn’t bother ordering them again but that is just a personal preference and the menus were a little sticky and could do with a wipe.



What impressed us the most though is how you are caring for your employees, having a special on to help raise money for Pedro’s family after he sadly lost his life is a great touch. Having worked for a Virgin company in the past Richard Branson always stated that employees come before customers, look after your employees as your investment ensures they look after your customers. This shows in your restaurant, your staff all seemed happy within their work and in return gave us great service. We will most definitely be back, you are now top of our list beating the other locals in the area like GBK and Nelsons.

In Newbury for work and after Googling "best burger in Newbury" I stumbled across 7Bone. The menu looked interesting and I liked the look of the decor, so decided to stop off and try a Prince Charles Is Overrated burger with chicken fried halloumi fries. Absolutely gorgeous burger, the chicken fried halloumi was a nice twist and ended up finishing up with a very indulgent salted caramel shake. Fantastic food and nice service, will definitely be dining here again.

I recently came into 7 bone newbury for a festive chicken burger and it blew me away with how tasty it actually was��the young lady that served me..shannon came across as polite and very happy and bubbly with a clear confident tone of voice she's a real asset to the company and i for one will deffinately be popping back

Came here last weekend with our two children to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The service was amazing and the kids loved there dark chocolate milkshake. Will definitely be having one of the milkshakes again next time. The burgers were to die for. Now we love five guys burgers as we go to Florida each year and fell in love with them. But all four of us said how you blew them out of the water with theses burgers. They truly were amazing. We had a great lunch out celebrating. Thank you for are great time. Xx

Went for a meal tonight at 7 bone, today was our 3rd time going and I can honestly say the food is always amazing, the burgers and hot dogs are great and the dirty fries are very tasty, only downfall today was we order the chicken wings and they arrived 10 seconds later, they were warm-ish and we also asked for the wings to come with our mains but other than that everything else was great, nice customer service! Well done guys

We went in for lunch while Christmas 🎄 shopping and we can’t fault the staff for their help sorting out our order as wife has a nut allergy the food came quickly and was very nice but for me the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the I felt £1.79 for a can! yes a can !! of Dr Pepper !! Was a bit on the steep side

Visited for lunch today and received the wrong food to the table. I politely told the American waitress this wasn’t what I ordered and she proceeded to argue with me that I ordered incorrectly. After reluctantly taking it back to kitchen she announced loudly infront of the restaurant that I had ordered incorrectly and it was again my fault not hers. Even if this was the case (which it isn’t) this is so unprofessional and rude, perhaps some extra training is needed on how to treat paying customers?

Tried to go tonight as we love a 7bone and left without so much as a drink. Popped our name down for a table and went off for a drink elsewhere, came back when we got the call to say the table was ready and we’re pointed to our table. 15 minutes later we hadn’t even been approached by a server to offer us a drink let alone talk about the menu/dietary requirements so we upped and left. Very disappointed that as we walked out past the server who had pointed us to the table only 15 minutes earlier, we simply got a ‘thanks’.

Really disappointed with this restaurant. Nothing special about the burgers, far to big with portion sizing and the truffled mac n cheese was absolutely revolting. The service was poor and in such a small venue with 2 servers I would have expected more. We won't be returning or recommending this place.

I am not one to complain and have always loved your food, but today I went in and ordered some chicken wings and after eating two i notice that there was visible blood in one, so I ripped apart the rest and they were all the same, not cooked properly or cleaned.

Then when I walked back to you guys to show you the wings,nothing was done and I didn’t get an apology, I got my money back and was offered a new lot, but after waiting almost half an hour for my first order, I didn’t want to wait around.

Also it seems that the chef wasn’t very competent and knew what orders where next, which is why I feel my order wasn’t cooked correctly.

Also chicken uncooked is dangerous and I feel lucky I’m not sick yet. But I will keep you updated.

Customer service is awful, asking about the menu on what "dirty" means and what comes with that choice as to "reg" the waitress tried to make me look as if I couldn't read and simply pointed dirty side goes with the dirty option yet no explanation as to the difference, could sense the waitress getting frustrated by me asking again because it didn't identify the difference between the 2. Felt very rushed to order food as we had to send the waitress away 3 times to look over the menu. Would not come back again

Asked for my Ronald’s Revenge to be well done (I can’t do red meat) it arrived at my house, yes, one delivery. Excited and hungry then my burger was red (not well done) Mine and my partners burger wasn’t full wrapped (so when it arrived it was cold) my partners chips where all stuck to some paper bad inside and everywhere!! My sauce was in the bag for my dirty fries so couldn’t have that!

For what I paid for that meal, I couldn’t eat any of the and my partners fries she had to peel off the bag.

Shame, nearly £40 worth of food wasted!

Then when I walked back to you guys to show you the wings,nothing was done and I didn’t get an apology, I got my money back and was offered a new lot, but after waiting almost half an hour for my first order, I didn’t want to wait around.

Also it seems that the chef wasn’t very competent and knew what orders where next, which is why I feel my order wasn’t cooked correctly.

Also chicken uncooked is dangerous and I feel lucky I’m not sick yet. But I will keep you updated.

Customer service is awful, asking about the menu on what "dirty" means and what comes with that choice as to "reg" the waitress tried to make me look as if I couldn't read and simply pointed dirty side goes with the dirty option yet no explanation as to the difference, could sense the waitress getting frustrated by me asking again because it didn't identify the difference between the 2. Felt very rushed to order food as we had to send the waitress away 3 times to look over the menu. Would not come back again

Asked for my Ronald’s Revenge to be well done (I can’t do red meat) it arrived at my house, yes, one delivery. Excited and hungry then my burger was red (not well done) Mine and my partners burger wasn’t full wrapped (so when it arrived it was cold) my partners chips where all stuck to some paper bad inside and everywhere!! My sauce was in the bag for my dirty fries so couldn’t have that!

For what I paid for that meal, I couldn’t eat any of the and my partners fries she had to peel off the bag.

Shame, nearly £40 worth of food wasted!
