A Bakers Bee

So after much deliberation from constant hounding and encouragement, and of course eating, (most of the latter. . . ) I promised to create a page to put it all down, I bake A LOT in my spare time, its a hobby which I love.

So those of you who I bake for, those of you who come over just to eat the off cuts, and those of you who haven't tasted them yet. . . Here's my baking story.
