!!!! BOILER SERVICING FROM £45 !!!!! Don’t loose out on your manufactures warranty by missing your annual services. This customer decided to leave there 3rd year service, intern voiding a 8 years warranty on the boiler. The customer rang with a fault code displaying Ignition fault. After inspecting the boiler the condensate trap was blocked up causing this fault. This is something that would of been clean out on on the annual service

EMERGENCY Boiler fitted today. Got a call from a local landlord yesterday who rents out a property to accommodate vulnerable adults. The tenants had no heating or hot water for the past few days. After further inspection numerous faults were diagnosed on the boiler and parts alone coming into the few hundreds. This was discussed with the landlord and the landlord opted for a new boiler to be installed with 5 years warranty. Giving him peace of mind and the tenants were not without for any longer. This was a Combi swap done last week on a 4 year old ideal. Customer complained of whining noise coming from the boiler and water dripping from the bottom, after further inspection they had a leaking sump and pump too. The customer went for the new baxi 630 with giving them peace of mind for 7 years.
