AG O'Malley Ltd was established in April 2007, prior to that Tony O'Malley was a Subcontractor operating as a Sole Trader. The principal activity of the company is the installation of mechanical pipework services in commercial and public health buildings including data centres. We have been doing this successfully in London and the South East for more than thirty years. AG O'Malley Ltd has been a member of BESA (Building and Engineering Services Association) formerly HVCA since 1st May 2009 and engages up to 30 skilled trades people all of which have the appropriate qualifications and CSCS cards. Our clients have included Michael J Lonsdale Ltd, Phoenix ME, Bancroft Ltd and Artic Building Services. All contracts have been carried out to a high standard, completed on time and have been 100% compliant regarding all Health and Safety matters. We provide an independent monthly site safety audit on all ongoing contracts, as well as the daily and weekly Health and Safety requirements for each project. Average contract values range from 50, 000 to 1. 5 million pounds. We can use off site facilities to prefabricate and weld large sections of pipework assemblies, including off or on-site NDT. Pipework Services We supply and install all pipework services including valve assemblies for the following: Chilled Water, Heating, Condensate, Gas and Public Health serving the shell and core, including CAT A and CAT B. Where larger bore pipework is required for chilled and heating plantrooms, mechanical risers, circulating pumps and air handling units, where possible the pipework will be prefabricated and welded off site minimising any hot works taking place on site. All small-bore pipework, traditional screwed copper, plastic or press fit serving fan coil units, radiators or heating batteries is normally carried out on site. All pipework installations are inspected, and pressure tested on completion with non-destructive testing on welded sections if required.
