Used them to move a couple of days ago. They were not the cheapest quote I got but also not the most expensive. The two lads, Conor and Scott, arrived just after 8 in the morning. They left the new house just before 1pm, all furniture disassembled and reassembled! The guys were lovely too, kept me informed the whole way through making sure everything was where I wanted it in the new place. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have used AJ Stephenson twice now, once to move house and the other to place items in storage while my home was decorated. They are highly professional, customer focused and very friendly. When storing the onsite team worked hard to make sure i would get the maximum value out of my containers and in the end saving me money by not requiring the full amount. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for removal and storage services.

We have used AJ Stephenson before and did not hesitate before using them again this time. We will also be using them when we move back into our house later this year. They are professional, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The removers are friendly and always in good humour (which is important on moving day when everyone is stressed!) I cannot recommend the packing service highly enough. Intelligently and carefully packed and labelled. I could live completely normally until a day before the move without living amongst boxes. I have just used AJ Stephenson as recommended by people on my local Facebook page. To say they were brilliant is an understatement. I had a complicated and sensitive job due to divorce and they were completely professional dealing with my multiple pickups. The lads were only young but so polite and friendly. I also used the packing service which I would highly recommend. Lovely ladies came to pack and I had no stress whatsoever. They wouldn't let me help and in fact sent me out shopping so I didn't feel awkward! Brilliant service, thank you!

We moved the end of August when the weather was exeptionally hot, All the team at AJ Stephensons were fantastic, even down to the fact that we did not exchange until a day before they were comming to move us but they were patient with us.They all worked very hard, from the girls who came in to pack to the guys loading the vans. I would not hesitate to recomend them.

We have moved house several times in our working lives, and now in retirement were not looking forward to having to do it once again. A J Stephenson made things so easy for us that the whole process was (almost!) a pleasurable one! The guys who did the move were very pleasant, and thoroughly professional. On the delivery day in particular, although short handed, and having had an early start and a long drive, the two young lads worked their socks off unloading and carrying most of the stuff upstairs for us. I cannot praise them enough, and would recommend this firm without hesitation. A great service - thank you all very much!
