I don't ever write reviews, but these people need to be exposed! They are literally the WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER! They over charged me and when I finally made them realize how they over charged me, the so called day shift manager goes "oh you're arguing over 50p?" Yes I am, if 50p isn't worth anything why would you charge me that? Oh and the driver didn't know how to get to my destination. I literally gave him directions throughout my ride. I hate companies that think they can play customers. This is the UK, please follow the laws and stop cheating people!
I call them for taxi. They goes 15 minutes. Now more then 30 minutes gone. They not here yet.

Very bad service from one of their drivers asked my wife a personal question and started lecturing her aswell not acceptable! Spoken to their management who have been excellent in resolving the issue

Don't talk to them when you sit with them, they try and take every information off you they like to rob working families loads of people have been scammed by these men please please please be careful
It is not often that I post a comment but they will deserve it. I am really disappoint with them. I had bad experiences with them over the recent time. Always late and they try to find a trick on the phone like " I am at your address" and after a while playing a game with the name of your address he finally realizes that he is not at the right address. After that you have to argue about the price because they up 2 pounds more once you are in the car. The guy from the company behind his phone rise his voice at you so you have to teach him how to behave. Don't call them and have a look at the other comments same complain.
Best taxi service in Birmingham. Been using them for years and so has my family; they have never let us down. Amazing customer service skills and the drivers were a pleasure to sit with. Thoroughly enjoyed their company.
Highly recommend this firm to everyone as their prices are unbeatable and service is impeccable.
Operater attitude is terrible put the phone down because of his terrible manner
Rude Driver was arguing with me on the best way to get to my house!!
And overcharged me, I complained to the office was told would get a call back Didn't!!!
So won't be using this firm anymore AVOID!
I'm usually very pleased with taxi firms and their drivers, however a few of AK's drivers are absolutely rude! Appalled by today's drivers behaviour! No manners or respect towards their customers at all. It is from my generosity that they are receiving 1 star.
