A La Pizza, Spicy Rice & Noodles

Absolutely appalling customer service and ridiculously disorganised. Called ahead and placed the order for collection then told them I'd arrive in 30mins to collect my order. As I arrived they've not made anything and asked me to wait another hour to get my order ready. I expressed my frustration yet didn't receive any apology. THEY ARE AS USEFUL AS A FART IN A JACUZZI. Shame on you! 😡

I ordered Tax max pizza it was so sweet I thought I ordered some dish I think this is the last time no more A la pizza

Worst customer service. Always get something wrong always. And always he same excuse.

Nice food. Clean place. Open till 2am. They deliver too. Good cheap prices. Lots of deals and offers.

This place actually has good pizza but the chubby guy at the counter (the owner's son) has some issues. The guy seems to think he's a big shot while working in his dad's chicken shop. Worst customer service skills anywhere - rude both in person and when ordering over the phone.

I have been going to this place for years and absolutely love it. At times, it can take a while to get served & get what you order; because of how busy it gets. Otherwise, it's a fantastic place and every single member of staff is friendly and approachable.

Very good service, this place is always busy as they have best Pizza recipe, sitting is not posh but they have nice sofa upstairs which is equally luxuries as any big restaurant

Placed order at 20:00 to break fast for 21:25 still hasnt come nearly 2 hrs late and do not pick up their phones. Very dissapointed

Update food came after 2 and half hours without any communication but food tasted amazing and fresh

My friend ordered onion rings and chicken noodles, the onion ring were ok, but the chicken noodles smelt and looked disgusting we couldn't eat it, the noodles weren't even half full and at the bottom of the container had orange thick grease. There were also bits of chicken skin as well as chicken pieces and white stuff mixed in. We called the restaurant direct and the members of staff was very rude and wouldn't except what was said eventually the member of staff hung up the phone. We called a few more times, but they didn't pick up. We called just eat to file a complaint and my friend received a 5 pound voucher to use again else where. I advised my friend to contact the food standard agency to also file a complaint after I read all the poor reviews. As soon as she finished logging a complaint she received a call from management of the restaurant apologising after she explained what happened, he said he will look into it. She also actually has someone in her family who actually works in Newham council,s in environmental health department so she will also bring the issue up with them. I wouldn't eat from there ever again totally put off. She have since then froze the container with the chicken noodles to send off to the food standard agency. I just now received a text saying that the delivery man came back and gave her back the refund for the chicken noodles and an apology.

Doesn't matter when you turn up. Expect to wait over 30min for a single order.

If you order over the phone and turn up an hour later they'll still make you wait 30min.

Rubbush service. You are better off going to McDonald's and grab some fillet o fish

Amazing. Best tasting pizza I have had in a long time.
