A Little Lusciousness Description
I'm starting to write a cookbook this year as I've had so much fun with cooking and coming up with recipes in the last few years. My food blog is a couple of years old now and is a mixture of my recipes, reviews of places I've eaten and information about great UK produce and producers. I really believe in using what's around us and eating seasonally when we can. There is such a variety of fantastic food grown here in the UK and if we eat what's in season we can get the best quality at the best prices.
In November 2013 I started doing pop up restaurants at my house in West London, which now take place at our local social club, near Acton Town tube. I do one a month and the menus focus on seasonal, top quality produce - I get all of my meat and dairy direct from the farms that make them.
I also do catering for private events, so if you've got a dinner party you want cooking, hen dos, special birthdays or a buffet feast for thirty people do get in touch.
