I work with organisations to successfully implement positive change in their teams and business using a combination of mindfulness techniques, transformational coaching and business experience. There is significant evidential support on the benefits of introducing mindfulness to workforces to both employees and businesses; helping companies improve staff retention, reduce absenteeism and increase productivity and helping employees reduce anxiety, increase confidence, improve communication and feel happier. Specialising in working with individuals and businesses to successfully navigate change and enjoy the journey to achieving goals and dreams, I offer customised courses, bespoke programs and tailored workshops. My approach combines my experience working with a range of companies and a business owner with mindfulness techniques and transformational coaching to help individuals and businesses improve wellbeing, achieve balance, reduce anxiety, realise potential and achieve personal and professional growth. I combine mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathing, movement, eating, journaling and exercises for improved emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing with transformational coaching techniques. My experience includes working with businesses of all sizes in a range of industries, often in fast-paced, competitive environments.
