My amazing and inspirational sister, Deborah Byram, is running in this years London Marathon on 28th April. She's raising money for Kirkwood Hospice. Please can you help her reach her target by making a small donation.

We have a wide range of Gluten free cakes, ice creams and hot food. Today we have pecan and walnut slices, lemon meringue pie and carrot cake, all gluten free and simply delicious. #glutenfree

Just a reminder that your four legged friends are welcome in our parlour. We have fresh water and treats to keep them happy while you enjoy a break from walking.

Even though the planned power cut has been cancelled, we will not be able to open today. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will be open Wednesday morning at 8.30am
I will not put on here the words I used when I found out it was cancelled because I'm far too polite but should you see me in the village today don't be surprised if you see steam rising from my head.

Due to Northern Powergrid turning off our electricity supply in order to upgrade the network, we will be closed on Tuesday 5th February. The electricity is due to be turned off at 9am. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 6th.

Well it maybe freezing outside but it's never too cold for think raspberry milkshakes topped with cream and flake #milkshake # treat

Our delicious breakfast sandwiches are served all day. Why not add mushrooms or black pudding

Thanks to the Month of Sundaes team for rallying round and catering for a very noisy rabble of ten boys after school on Wednesday.. they all loved their ice creams and the staff really went out of their way to help me in this crazy endeavour

Thanks so much for making up a batch of coffee ice-cream for me at last minute on Christmas Eve after the supermarket delivery let me down! It was the main ingredient in a desert I was making. Fantastic service and great food! Thank you very much.

Sundaes to die for ! Super naught treats ,staff welcoming and attentive .had sorbet so my lactose and gluten intolerant granddaughter could have a treat to.

Lovely to find a place that has such a huge choice of gluten free sandwiches, and other snacks. Tasted like a 'proper' sandwich too! Also the choice of sundaes were amazing and it was hard to pick just one, but I went for the hot fudge and it was really good. Lovely friendly place, I'd be back again tomorrow if I didn't live three hours away :(

Lovely place, friendly staff and gorgeous food! Was told "there was a bit of a wait" as they were busy but our food was literally out in ten minutes! The ice cream sundaes are amazing my son and I shared and still couldn't finish it all ’┐Į

I'm here about 5 times per week. It never lets me down on service, quality, price or good coffee. Need I say more?



Oh yeah, and their bacon sandwiches are absolutely to die for ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Had the most gorgeous ice cream from there today salted peanut! Never tasted an Ice cream as good and the price too for 4 ice creams ┬Ż6 can't say fairer than that! Will be back to try more!

They also do sandwiches and other food which I have tried a few times and can easily recommend I was impressed with the whole place. But when I took my granddaughter for an ice cream sundae we were not disappointed they were delicious.
