A relationship between client and counsellor built on trust and understanding, offering the client a safe and confidential place in which to explore feelings of confusion, dissatisfaction, or distress. A place to look at life's experiences and to explore choices and options for the future.
Issues brought to counselling may include. . .

•Relationship difficulties.
•Family issues.
•Loneliness.
•Work related problems.
•Confidence / self esteem issues.
•Financial worries.
•Anger or fear.
•Emotional response to physical illness.

•Any life experience which is causing discomfort or distress.
How long will counselling take?
This will depend on your individual needs and will be something you decide with the counsellor. Counselling may be anything from one session to a course of sessions over several months. The counsellor will strive to work within your very best interests in what ever time is agreed in accordance with BACP guidelines.
A referral network of local and national agencies and information is avilabile for those who feel they need more specialist support or advice.
We also work with a qualified practitioner of alternative therapies such as; Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pilates, Meditation and Reflexology. "Educating minds to strengthen bodies. "
