I offer counselling for people experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, stress and relationships and psychology tutoring for students. Please note I do not provide counselling to students of Plymouth University

I am a qualified Counsellor trained to Doctorate Level. I offer counselling support for a wide range of different difficulties including relationships, depression, anxiety and drug and alcohol abuse. My techniques include CBT approaches to assist with behaviour change or more interpersonal approaches designed to provide clients with a safe place to talk.
