A Partner In Education

APIE is an international education charity. In partnership with schools, governments and NGOs, we develop centres of teaching and learning excellence.

From a hub in the UK and with in-country directors, APIE forms partnerships across the world to support high quality education and practical training for teachers. APIE provides models and opportunities for teachers to grow and learn alongside more experienced peers, to develop interactive, reflective and confident practice and to enable their students to develop critical thinking and apply life skills outside the classroom.

Our pilot project at Umubano Primary School in Rwanda is rapidly developing into an education hub that delivers exemplary and holistic education. Together, APIE and Umubano deliver high quality and sustainable education and provide continuing professional development for teachers who inspire the next generation.
