Hi, my name is Claire and I have been making and decorating cakes since I made my daughter's Christening Cake in 1997. Everything I do to decorate my cakes has been self-taught in my spare time - and there is still a lot for me to learn. I have had several commissions for Christmas Cakes; Birthday Cakes and Cupcakes - from both paying customers and family.
