A Pinch Of Salt - A British Curing Company Description

We are a small artisan curing company base in New Milton on the edge of the New Forest. We operate out of a butchers shop called Mr T Barrett & Son and focus on producing high quality cured meats using free range local pigs from farms within the New Forest boundaries. We currently have a range of produce that includes 12-18 month air dried hams, Chorizo, Red wine Salami, Coppa, Lomo and Breasola all our cure recipes are developed with Head Chef James Golding from The Pig.
