More years no claims bonus in this company means more for us to pay unfortunately.

They have unfortunately new tactics now ...
Hannah Gregory or other member of this team put you on hold for 10-30 minutes then hanging up.
Ashley England correcting me that the original price for renewal this year is not £1360 like I said but £1398 at 10:30am on Saturday which is okay with me.
What a surprise the price again from Ashley at the very last moment I can insure my van, one hour later is £2060!
Ashley saying: 'but your van will not not be insured tomorrow'
How lovely!

Also my brand new van isn't taken to original garage with genuine parts for repairs.
A-plan has something "better" with used or non genuine parts!
