Amazing service following car write off.
Just before Christmas my car was written off when someone went through a red light and hit me in the side. It was a very distressing time but A-plan took all the worries of my insurance claim away from me. I really cannot express how grateful I am to them. They did absolutely everything from the initial claim, arranging the hire vehicle, dealing with the third party insurers all the way to arranging a sensible settlement figure for my car. It is times like this that it really pays to have the personal service that A-plan offer. You know you will be properly covered and I paid no more than from an online company.
