A Plate For London

About A Plate For London

Street Feast founder Dominic Cools-Lartigue was due to set up a new food, culture and workspace hub in spring 2020. When the Coronavirus hit his project was put on hold, so Dominic turned his attention to setting up a social enterprise to help feed Londoners in need. Supa Network MD Bejay Mulenga and Laura-Jo Pearce, former Head of Finance at Baxter Storey, join Dominic in leading A Plate For London. We are a non-profit group of Londoners who are using our network and expertise to assist organisations to tackle food poverty across the capital. Our work ranges from helping local governments like Tower Hamlets feed school children; supporting industry charities like Hospitality Action, and getting groceries and hot meals to local charities like Compliments of the House so they can feed the vulnerable in South London. We are operating on a non-profit basis and 100% of all funds raised will be used to provide and deliver meals for Londoners in need. We have registered as a Private company limited by guarantee without share capital.
