So impressed with the service I received in Ashford today! I was looking for a gift for a friend and couldn't find what I wanted. They made a bracelet out of a pair of earrings for me in 10 minutes and it was perfect!

Our family live in Deal and we were visiting near my birthday. My husband bought me a lovely pair of pearl earrings. Sadly, one of the pearls came away from the setting so the next time we were in Deal we took the earrings back. They mended them with no quibble and no charge at all.
