ABOUT MY JEWELLERY:

All of the stones that I use are natural crystals, they are not heat treated or dyed. I hand pick each one when making my semi-precious jewellery. Because they are natural, there will be slight differences in each stone - but that's the beauty of Mother Nature, and you will know that your piece of jewellery is one of a kind!

I create my jewellery using three different kinds of wire:
To make my Silver jewellery, I like to use Sterling Silver Filled wire.
Silver plated wire can be low quality, easily flaking away to reveal the copper wire underneath - making your jewellery unwearable. Sterling Silver, although beautiful and durable is extremely expensive.

Silver Filled is a thick layer of . 925 Sterling Silver, which has been mechanically bonded to copper, making it an affordable alternative to sterling, without losing any of the quality. Silver Filled is 1 /10 or 10% sterling silver by weight. It can be oxidized and polished just like Sterling Silver. It will not flake off like silver plate as it is many hundred times thicker. Anyone who can wear Sterling Silver can wear Silver Filled without an allergic reaction.

My Gold jewellery is also made from Beadsmith professional quality non-tarnish gold plated wire, again long lasting for everyday wear.

Lastly, My Copper jewellery is made from Beadsmith professional quality non-tarnish antique finish Copper wire, which is long lasting and has a beautiful rich colour.
