A Touch Of Calm By Lucy Hodge Description
I first discovered reflexology during my first pregnancy and enjoyed regular treatments right up until my daughter was born. For me it helped ease some of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Even after my daughter was born I continued to enjoy reflexology and found it very calming and relaxing.
Because of the wonderful benefits I felt it offered, and fascination for the history and theory of this therapy. I undertook and successfully completed my ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in December 2013.
After becoming a fully-fledged Reflexologist, I was keen to further my knowledge and expertise Whist pregnant with my second child I completed a diploma in Pre-conceptual and Pregnancy with the London School of Reflexology, one of the UK's most respected Reflexology schools.
What is reflexology??
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment based on the principle of applying pressure to reflex zones on the feet or hands. Stimulating these reflexes encourages the body to heal itself, restoring and maintaining natural equilibrium, as well as promoting relaxation and a general sense of well-being.
About me:
I’m a fully qualified and insured reflexologist offering treatments in the peace and comfort of your own home. I am based in Bloxham and I am happy to travel to the surrounding villages. I’m available most evenings and weekends. I also specialise in pre-conceptual and pregnancy reflexology.
