Walked in hoping to by a bike, left with 2 diamondbacks!
The personal experience tom and mike gave plus their overwhelming knowledge and customer service warrants every penny spent well worth it. They even gave us a discount assuming because of the amount of money we had spent but even without the discount it still would of been worth every single penny! I LOVE our new bikes!
There wasn't a question left unturned. Everything we threw at them they had a strong confident answer for. They showed us around every bike as I didn't know anything about bikes and couldn't choose. Poor Tom must of felt he was giving a lecture about bikes to a student however was very patient with me and went out of his way to give me as much information as possible.
Mike, was amazing at sorting me out some discounted goodies and somewhat cheeky to.
I have revisited the shop many times and have always felt welcome and definitely left feeling satisfied.
All the staff are amazingly friendly and willing to look after you.
They are not like other bike shops who just want your money but don't want to give you their time.
They are a shop who has YOUR best interest at heart. Lovely little shop was even offered a cuppa tea which MIKE will be making on next visit!

Had new wiper blades fitted today. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They do not charge for fitting unlike some other establishments. All in all a 5 star service. Well done.

Always found the store to be well stocked with a decent variety. Staff are very friendly, helpful and willing. Would absolutely recommend.

Just a great helpful shop, nothing is too much trouble

I have been a customer for many years and everytime I go in I receive excellant service. Staff are really helpful and will order and source parts.
Prices are very competative and I like to support local businesses when possible and this is one which deserves support.
